Jesse is great! He did some work for me 5 years ago and my interaction with him was great, and he performed quality work so I made sure to reach out to him again. We needed a Bathroom Exhaust Fan installed, and MTZ Electric was able to do the full work including the ducting through the roof. Jesse came in to make an introduction and ensured everything was fine, and his colleague Yuri completed the work. They added a new switch, installed the exhaust fan, temporarily sealed the ducting through the roof (my roof is getting replaced next month so the temporary sealing is acceptable) - however, Jesse was mindful enough to make other recommendations if I didn't want to pay another person to do a full seal on the roof. I attempted to get a couple of bids for a small job. Jesse responded quickly and advised he could come out and give me a quote. When he arrived, he was pleasant and honest about what work would need to be done. He gave me a price and let me know he might be able to do the work in a couple days after normal business hours, and that he would text me during that week. I told him the days I would be available during the week. 2 days later, which is a day I was available, he sent me a text in the afternoon and confirmed he could do the job. He came over that night, after normal business hours, and got the job done. He was fast, clean, and efficient. The price quote he gave me upfront was fair and he did not change that price. Jesse was great and very nice. I appreciated that he was able to fit me into his busy schedule, and get my job done much faster than expected. Also, another company gave me a quote and let me know they wouldn't be able to do the job until the end of the month with a 4 hour window. Jesse worked around my schedule and his, and he worked hard to get things done even after 5pm. He is a small business right now, but definitely a hard working, genuine guy. This company is local, sincere, and Jesse, the owner seems like a great guy! I ordered a new washer and dryer and had it installed, but there was no power for the dryer. So when I called MTZ Electric, he looked it over and looked for the breaker switch. It was not located where the main switch box was which was in the garage. After looking for the breaker for a few minutes he found it outside over the gas meter and voila, the problem was solved! I know it was a simple no brainer but I didn't know about the other switch outside and instead of charging me the fee for just showing up, unlike some other businesses, gratefully he waived the fee! He just seemed to be an honest, and reasonably priced, no nonsense kind of guy which is hard to find these days! I wished I knew about him along time ago! He'll be our go to person for now on! Greetings: I would like to commend Jesse Coward for the exemplary work that he performed 19 July 2017: installing 8 GFCI outlets in our house in Concord. Mr. Coward was exceedingly quick with providing his estimate for the cost of the project by e-mail. Came to our house, he did, on time and ready to perform his assignment and he also called to apprise us of his schedule and approximate arrival time. Mr. Coward is a consummate professional.
