The staff there really worked with us to make sure that all of our needs were met. I was so surprised and pleased to hear that they would pick up napkins (from a separate rental co.) the day before and have them folded prior to the wedding- I had expected that I would be doing that. They also printed up menus with colors of our choice and, upon request, noted vegan and GF options for guests. And the food, oh the food! Guests and vendors alike raved about the food that was served. The variety and quality of the appetizers and sides was amazing. The cedar-plank salmon was cooked perfectly. Guests really enjoyed the family-style service that we opted for. It felt great to be able to supply such a fantastic meal for our friends and family. Each of us had been considering a pasta, so that solved that problem! Both were delicious, and we had leftovers to take home. When we were there for breakfast, I was feeling adventurous and ordered the lox and bagel, which I've only had a very basic version of one other time. It was soooo good, and very filling. Several other options on the breakfast menu also sounded really good, but I'm glad I went with this for the experience. I'd definitely eat here again if/when I stay in the hotel again.
