Disorganized and scattered. The real disappointment was the dinner. The Long Island Roll and the Dallas rolls were what I ordered. The Long Island roll had fish that was cooked on top. It was overcooked. I believed they intended to smoke it, but it was very well done. The Dallas roll was great until the drink garnish sized chunks or lime, complete with the rind, was discovered. It was so bitter that it made me flinch. My palate was completely overwhelmed by lime and I couldn't taste much after that. $116+ later (not including gratuity) and I was left feeling cheated.
