I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and hardly received ANY chicken but tons of carrots, which isn't an ogre doesn't commonly found in Kung Pao Chicken. It's not spicy in the slightest bit. I called because I thought maybe they gave me the wrong thing but I was told it was right, and that if I wanted it spicy I should ask for it extra spicy! Since the new management we have witnessed/noticed the treatment toward ppl as consumers has changed. A business is only as good or better because of the community you serve. We do not save money at Panda Wok. We have bought food upwards of 50 to 100 dollars each time. There is no thank you, there is no common courtesy, there is no smile there is a lot of mean attitude even when asking for little packets of sauces. Is it cultural to treat your consumers as such? I. E. 2 packs of orange sauce or hot mustard does not cover or equal how we have spent in this restaurant for 50 plus dollars or more. And the lady was throwing the sauces at us like we were dogs. As a business and treating ppl in this community ugly remember you are never to big to fail. read more

This restaurant is clean and the lady up front is always kind. Never had a bad experience. I love their general tso's tofu! My boyfriend likes their beef and broccoli. The portion sizes are big and I always have leftovers for my lunch the next day. The only bad thing about this place is that it's closed on Mondays. read more

Solid 4!!! Seems every Chinese take out does things just a bit different. Ever since I moved to Conway I've been in search of the perfect Sesame Chicken and I'll be damned if I didn't find it here. My only gripe is they couldn't substitute other choices of rice for the Vegetable Fried Rice that comes with the dinner, or maybe she didn't understand what I was wanting to do. Next time I'll ask for it again and offer to pay an extra charge. The Vegetable Fried Rice only contains the Rice & Chopped Onions, but it's still good. I had a 15 drive home and the chicken was still incredibly hot yet super tender. Perfect outer crust with the sweet sauce. As it seems with all Chinese Take-Outs, the portions are enormous. My order was enough for 2 hearty meals!!! The prices are great. My order was (2) Sesame Chicken Dinners [includes veggie rice & egg roll] and (1) order of Crab Rangoons. The total was $22 and change, which for 4 meals is a steal!!! I think this will be our Go-To for Chinese Take-Out. We had a very pleasant experience. read more

So glad I found this place! If you're tired of every burger joint's #1 Combo, you really should try Panda Wok. It is a great value, especially at lunch, and the food is quite good. It's mostly a carry out business, but they do have five tables for a dine in option. There are a couple dozen main dish options at lunch priced under $6 which include white or fried rice, and your choice of soup. The trade off for dining in is that the meal is served on styrofoam with plastic utensils. I ordered the Kung Po Pork, and the portions were very generous. No tea on the menu, but they do offer the major soft drinks (and water) in cans or bottles. Give the Panda Wok a try! read more

This restaurant opened up in the strip mall on Donaghey near Cupids/Premiere Tans/etc., and being near to our residence we decided to try it out. It's set up as a to-go order place, but has a few booth for customers who want to dine in. There is ample seating for those who come in to order rather than phoning in. The space is neat and inviting, the usual decorations but not overwhelming. They have a standup cooler where you can choose the canned or bottled beverage of your choice, as well as a small area to grab napkins, plastic flatware, and your favorite packaged sauces. The menu is ample and everything we have tried so far is delicious! Tastes freshly made and isn't greasy or covered in oil (as the last reviewer pointed out). My favorite dish is the Beef Teriyaki, which consists of three strips of skewered beef cooked in a sauce and layered over fried rice (I opt for steamed). The lunch special comes with an eggroll and choice of soup, which with a drink still comes up under $10 and you end up full! Great addition to our Conway restaurants. We tried a bunch of different things and all of the dishes (cashew chicken, pork fried rice, chicken lo mein, beef with broccoli) were really tasty and not drenched in oil.
