My double burger combo with American cheese, all you can eat fresh cut fries and a fountain drink was a little under $16. These days that's a bargain- and because they serve you fries BEFORE your burger hits your table, I couldn't even finish my double cheeseburger. My burger arrived hot and juicy and I needed to let 'er cool off a bit before attempting a bite. Lots of juice in this burger and it's well seasoned with salt and black pepper. Top offs of fries were offered regularly to which I had to decline. The atmosphere is casual, the food is not, it's very upscale, fancy and delicious! We started with a couple Manhattan's and the Parmesan Zucchini Fries. The house salads arrived shortly after the appetizer and they were loaded with goodies for being the lagniappe (Cajun word used for side dish). Entree's arrived just as we finished our salads, perfect timing, and were perfect! I had the ultimate shrimp platter so I could try three of the shrimp and all three were delicious. Hubby's steak was cooked perfect temp and the blackened seasoning was nice and spicy. Service from Russel was top notch, he was super attentive and very kind. We arrived at 7:15pm and told that it would be over an hour wait for the dining room or we could sit in the bar area immediately, so we chose the bar area. Our server came to take our drink order while we looked at the menu. I asked about the beer on tap and was told that it was local craft brewers, I asked if Coors Light in the bottle was available and was told yes. I ordered that and was asked if I wanted a glass with it and I said no that I preferred to drink out of the bottle. Well, in a few minutes, another server brought my wife's glass of wine and my beer IN A GLASS! I distinctly ordered my beer in the bottle, but I decided to drink it anyway since the restaurant was so busy. After a few sips I noticed an odd taste that I couldn't quite put my finger on. Almost a soapy taste. When our server came for our order, I brought his attention to the beer being in a glass and not how I ordered. He said that he would correct it. He took our order, we both ordered the Ribeye cooked medium. When it came time for our salads, my wife had hers promptly but mine wasn't. We had to remind our server twice before my salad arrived, but it came about 2 minutes before our steaks. So naturally because of the size of the table we were at, I couldn't eat my salad. (We were at a small table for 2) Just as I thought that things would be better, my steak was so chewy that I couldn't enjoy it. Now I realize that it was Friday night and y'all were extremely busy, but come on now, $50 for a Ribeye that was the quality of something you would get at Texas Roadhouse or Logan's? Sorry for being so brutally honest, but we were very disappointed in our visit.....

Very disappointed!! This was worse experience ever at a Panda Express! I think it was one of their first few days to be open, but they have a LONG way to go!! They were running out of food frequently and wait to replace was long! When we finally got served the portions were VERY small!! I got one scoop of fried rice and about a half scoop of orange chicken!! I had watched other servers and from previous experience at Panda, I knew that normal serving is 2 generous scoops of rice and a full scoop of chicken or shrimp, etc.. The rice was lumpy and cool!! Overall a very disappointing visit!! read more
