We had breakfast here after spending the night nearby. I had a chicken biscuit and a side of hash browns. I liked them both. I am normally disappointed by hash brown, but I enjoyed these. The chicken biscuit was great. As usual, service was good and the restaurant was clean. My only complaint was this one woman who insisted on talking on speakerphone in the dining area. So rude! Its...chick-fil-a. Pretty standard experience for fast food. Drive thru was a little slow but staff was friendly.

A good all around fast food experience. The parking lot was full but there was no line to order. Tables were clean, and food came out in about 5 minutes. I had the cool chicken wrap along with apple cider vinaigrette. I was quite pleased--it was just what I wanted, something fresh and healthy, like a portable salad. My husband had a chicken sandwich with waffle fries, all good, while our son happily dug into fries. I would come here again on a visit to Conway! read more

The food was fine typical chick-fil-a food. Today we took 6-12yo girls for lunch to celebrate the end of their volleyball season. As they were enjoying their food and having fun apparently the old lady behind the counter thought they were being to loud. She came over to tell them to either quite down or leave. So of course the girls quieted down. I asked the old lady if she had any complaints from other customers and she said no just her. I was really surprised by the answer and asked why she would ask the girls to stop having fun when she was the only one that had a complaint. She referred me to the manager who was indifferent about the situation. Just kept saying this is a place of business and the girls were too loud. Again I asked who complained and of course no one complained. Just for the record they weren't too loud it was just a crabby old lady that didn't appreciate the girls having a good time. If you don't want people to come in as a group and have a good time you shouldn't have large tables for groups. But the way after the lady asked the girls to quite down the parents of the kids having fun in the play area told their kids to be quite. How sad when kids can't have fun and be loud because some old lady doesn't appreciate laughter. So much for a Christian atmosphere. We won't be back. read more

Chick-fil-A in Conway has become very cheap and stingy. My family used to delight in going to Chick-fil-A and getting two of the large quart size servings of vanilla ice cream, and it would satisfy all of us with the amounts in the big cups. Not anymore. Those days are gone. Management has told them to swirl the ice cream around the sides of the cup leaving a big hollow area in the middle, and they have been told her not to shake the ice cream down and keep filling until it's full. Shame on you, Conway Chick-fil-A management! Is filling that cup solidly and to the top really going to break you with what it's costing you. I highly doubt it. Come on. Give us what we're paying for fill those quart cups to the top with real ice cream and not Air. I never have liked an air chocolate Sundae. read more

This Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill lately. The food is still good, but the customer service is terrible. It isn't at all what you would expect from this company. I realize there is a shortage of workers, but I feel this location is far from meeting expectations. The last few visits I've had to wait a very long time, the people at the drive up area were talking amongst themselves without greeting or thanking customers, my orders have been wrong or incomplete, and they have left out napkins, dressing, and utensils. My daughter and I stopped on our way through town, heading home after her early morning surgery in Little Rock. Chick fil a was her choice of meals. We both went in, she ordered first, then excused herself to wash her hands. I ordered, and was waiting to pay. A excellent employee named Kobie, was such a kind, considerate young man. He says, no charge. I didn't understand. He said you all are customer of the day. I'm not sure if this is something they do daily, but I can tell you, it made such a impact on us. It had been a difficult couple days and the kindness and concern was priceless. It brought me to tears and I hugged that fine young man for noticing s rough day and making it better with his act of kindness. Not sure what is up with the Conway Chick-fil-a locations but the only two bad experiences over ever had and out of all of the states I've lived in for some reason Conway is the only ones I've ever had trouble with. My chicken sandwich didn't have breading on the whole top half? I literally came for a crispy chicken sandwich and got the complete opposite. My husband paid extra for a large lemonade with his meal instead of the small one which was .64 extra and he paid another .30 for bigger sized fries. The lemonade had hardly any ice like it was room temperature lemonade because of the lack of ice. His fries that we paid extra for were in a bigger box BUT had the same amount of fries as the two other meals we bought. VERY disappointing $25 spent to say the least. I would have gone back and had it remade if it wouldn't have already been almost 8 and if the line wasn't always long. Guess we will need to go to Popeyes for crispy chicken sandwiches in Conway. read more

Went here, and granted they were busy, but they totally screwed up our order. I asked for extra mayo and there was none on the sandwich. You had to put your own condiments on the sandwich. They expect you to finish making it while you're driving i guess. They at least put free cheese on it. I hate chicken and cheese. One girl took the order, then we had to pull up to another girl who backed up the line cause she couldn't find our order in the system. I dont eat chickfilet, and there are reasons why, and this visit reinforces why. read more

Nasty nasty nasty! So my first incident here I ordered a chicken sandwich and it made me sick. But I was thinking okay just didn't agree with me. Tried them again and got a funny feeling in my stomach. I stopped eating at this chick fil a! But my boys love it so we stopped in. When I tell you gross, I found a big chunk of MOLD in the lemonade. I only found it because I ordered my youngest son a large and was going to only allow him to drink a portion so I poured some in a cup and I saw something floating. When I further investigated I found that it was MOLD. See picture. It's broken up because I scooped it out with the straw. If you enjoy moldy lemonade this is your place. read more

Always DELICIOUS! I went to this Chick-fil-A and I was a bit flustered. My phone had just died and I was new to the area. The guy behind the counter lent me his phone charger! They also lent me Scissors to cut tags off my granddaughter's new shoes! I went to place my order and they announced 'You are the customer of the day!'. They gave me my order for free, walked the tray to the for me, help me set up my two grandchildren's lunch and told me to have a blessed day! I have always loved Chick-fil-A from the very beginning in the 1970s! Have a blessed day Chick-fil-A and I will be back again and again and again! I have never had bad service or a bad meal at Chick-fil-A! I have eaten at Chick-fil-A's in 10 states and it's always been excellent! read more

My sister and I come here every time I visit. It is always very busy but the cashiers are always smiling, friendly and patient. Our order was delivered to our table, food was still hot and waffle fries fresh. Someone kept our drink cups filled for us and even refilled a drink for us to take with us. Oh My Goodness! This place is SUPER-CLEAN! I have been through the area while traveling, and stop by whenever I can. This is easily the cleanest fast-food restaurant that I have ever entered. I saw a sign that said they also give periodic tours of their kitchen! I have been there when the drive-thru was lined up out of the parking lot, but the line kept moving at a very good pace. Keep up the great work guys! As I write this review I'm sitting in the very crowded restaurant (no delays in service, just a LOT of people out and about today...high volume). The crew is keeping people moving! Food is going out (fast, fresh and good), the restaurant is still clean (no trash buildup), and the whole atmosphere is still pleasant and stress free! The two men in the drive thru were very VERY disrespectful, and seemed as if they didn't even WANT to be there. ( Now I understand work can be difficult sometimes, but never disrespect a customer like that) and on top of the drive thru the order was wrong! I ordered 3, 4 piece, nuggets and he charged me for 4.
