I always stop in at this location when driving through. So I skipped all the locations in Little Rock and headed to my normal Cabot location. I got there the lobby was closed. Other people were trying to get in and I asked them what the deal was. They said that it was because they're working on the parking lot next-door... the stores located where the parking lot was being reworked weren't even closed down because there were people walking to them... but the David burgers drive-through was open so I drove through and asked them what the deal was. I don't wanna eat in my vehicle so I just asked. She said because they're doing work on the parking lot... So I asked what does that have to do with inside the lobby? there are people trying to get in.. she didn't know either. Who's ever idea it was to close the lobby down when every other store around them had their lobbies open is not too smart. It just didn't make sense. Maybe a cheap excuse to give employees an easier day. read more

The service was horrible, workers were talking about us behind our back and got mad at us when we asked for the ice cream we paid for them gave a group of boys around 15 ice cream cones for free and letting them get however much they want. I'm cooking the burger to well done now on my own stove and I have to put my own vegetables from home to make my food David's way because of them messing up my order it's not David's way it's not well done and they offered to swap it out but it would be an inconvenience to drive from north Little Rock back to Cabot just to swap my meal before my kids recital. So I don't recommend this location. I'm highly disappointed in the service as well because I waited for them to finish a meal that looks like it took no time for them to bring out to me. read more

Wow! This little restaurant is worth the drive! Very delicious! Real meat soft bread! They said it's chaos in the kitchen because they were training in new staff. We could never tell. They were fast, fun and prompt! They run around with free fries while you wait and afterwards a free dish of ice cream. Try your fries with "Dave's sauce". I hope you enjoy as much as we did. 06/14/2025 I visit at McCain at about 8:30 PM. The service was great in the beginning. I ordered a barnyard which is a chicken patty and a hamburger patty after I paid for my order I was went to the fountain machine and I was just standing there, looking back in the kitchen, and this young guy dropped a burger would look like to be a burger to meon the floor, looked around, bent down and picked it up and put it back on the grill and smashed it and so I went to the camp back to the counter informed the manager instead of the manager her name is Allie instead of her doing anything about it rent from the beginning she started questioning me I said ma'am, that employee is back there, fixing burgers when you and you sitting here talking to me when you should be back there, pulling them burgers off the ground even if it wasn't a burger he did not change his gloves. He kept cooking people's order. this is disgusting disrespectful to your customers and you. You shouldn't be a manager at all. Great burgers and fries! A good selection of toppings for the burger at a decent price, especially if you get the combo. Fries were extra crispy which is a big plus for me. Food was made real quick and the place was clean. I got my food to go, so I can't comment on the sit-down aspect of it but it looked like it was good for all the people currently there. It was absolutely a delight to eat at this restaurant! I was driving through on my way from Texas to Illinois and stopped here for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a cooler that contained fresh meat. I went up to the counter and placed my order. I was given a number and piece of red and white checkerboard paper. I was told there was unlimited soda and unlimited fresh fries while I waited. I grabbed my drink and sat down and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee with a large stainless steel bowl that contained fresh fries. I took a bite of the fries and they were absolutely delicious. While I was waiting for my burger to be freshly cooked. I learned that the fries were hand cut everyday. I also learned that the meat is also ground fresh everyday, which I'm sure is a rarity for a burger joint. I received my burger and it was absolutely delicious!! Often times I fly to Illinois to visit friends and family. If I do take the 14 hour road trip in the future, I'm going to have to make sure to stop at David's Burgers for lunch on the way!
