I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated that transparency They took care of everything quickly and professionally. I also checked the prices to make sure I was getting a fair deal, and the prices were right around the average -- so I definitely felt like I wasn't being overcharged. I scheduled an appointment as well. I brought in my 2021 Toyota Supra for a second pre-purchase inspection for extra reassurance since Carvana offers a 7-day return policy. Rene gave me helpful pointers and general maintenance information about the Supra, including what to expect during ownership. He also explained that I would receive pictures from the inspection, which I really appreciated. The inspection cost $250 and took about 2 hours. Afterward, I received both a text and email with the inspection results and recommendations. Rene also shared that he regularly partners with local shops for car inquiries and refers customers to specialists when needed, which showed me that they care about getting people the right help. The front entrance has a smaller waiting area with movies playing, which made the wait more comfortable. One helpful note for first-time visitors: when entering the lot, the main entrance is to the left rather than straight ahead. I accidentally drove toward the back at first, but someone from the smog shop next door kindly redirected me. Overall, the experience was great. I felt comfortable with the service, communication, and professionalism, and I would definitely return to 395 Auto & Performance in the future.
