I am frustrated with this company and decided to never work with them again, there are hundreds of companies in the industry that provide that provide equal or better products with a higher quality of service, they discriminate towards smaller dealers. I have been a stone and tile dealer for the last 15 years and I tried working with this company for the last 5 years because of it's size and popularity. I had many MSI reps come to my store over the years set up an account, offer displays, samples, anything you can think of, and never see them again! I tried calling the sales rep Lisa Fabian, to no avail, she never answers the calls or returns messages! I tried calling customer service, same thing, i could not believe it! I even tried looking for the phone numbers of other managers to mention the lack of service of their sale rep and couldn't find a single one all over the web, can you believe that? They managed to keep their phone numbers a secret from the public (HOW DO YOU CONTACT THEM IF THE ONLY TWO NUMBERS THAT YOU HAVE ARE NEVER ANSWERED?) Finally, after of 6 months of the last and only visit from their sales rep Lisa Fabian, and after so many frustrated calls i decided to leave a negative comment on the only place i could find and allowed me to do it, their Facebook account (you can no longer leave any comments, they blocked the only option you had to leave a comment) , and what do you think happened next? Ha! I received a call sales rep Lisa, what a surprise. It seems that Lisa got a call from the owner or boss about my comment and pushed her to call me. Well her call was anything but respectful! She mentioned my review on their Facebook and proceeded to lecture me and tell me to make a decision, if I wanted to work with them i could no longer leave negative reviews, she never said she was sorry for not returning my calls, she basically told me the she had been with the company for so many years, she was successful, and basically that they had no need for my business and they could live without it. We got into a heated argument and she finally hanged up on me.
To the president of MSI, Mr. President, i know that your company is the largest in the US with many branches in every state and that you sell hundreds of thousands of square feet per year. I know you might think that dealers like me might be too small for you, that you don't need us, that you sell anyway because you are the largest, and that you think you will never fall because you are MSI. But remember that all businesses are made of customers, that there are many competitors on every corner, that you prices are not the lowest, that your products are not the best, that you largest customers might one day decide to change you for another vendor, that small dealers like me help big businesses like yours stay afloat when big customers decide to go to the competition, that you don't live on an island, that we all need from each other. Remember that the main goal of any business is to make a customer and that you are not doing that. read more
