I visited MSI three times over the course of two weeks. During my first visit, I was casually browsing their slabs to get a sense of what they offered. Last week, I was ready to make a purchase and wanted to choose specific slabs. A representative informed me that I could view available slabs online, schedule an appointment, and wear a hard hat, and they would bring the slabs out for me to view. On Friday, I reached out via their online chat to schedule an appointment, and they told me that an appointment wasn't necessary. Then, on Saturday, I went to MSI with the lot numbers of four slabs I had seen online and wanted to view. The sales lady at the slab counter, with curly light brown hair, was unhelpful from the start. I gave her the list of the four lots from their online listings that I wanted to see, and she told me that they were all reserved. I then walked through the entire showroom and returned with three different lot numbers, only for her to tell me that all three of them were also reserved. When I asked her what "reserved" meant, she replied that she couldn't tell me. I then asked if I could view slabs that were not reserved, and she said she didn't have that information. She pretty much said Taj Mahal is highly coveted, so tough luck. At this point, I began to wonder if MSI even wanted to make a sale. I was prepared and willing to buy. Having previously purchased from MSI multiple times, I was ready to buy six slabs for my next renovation. It seemed as though the sales rep wasn't interested in facilitating a sale but instead focused on upholding an exclusive, snooty reputation for MSI. You have lost a long time customer. read more

I entered the showroom 3 times and each time the man who greets each person was very cordial and happy. I was sent to the back where all the slabs are. "Juan" greeted me and helped me big time with a few samples I had saw online. We both agreed that at my home in my kitchen would be the best place to see if the color would truly work out in my space needed. Unfortunately I didn't see anything to my liking once the sample was in my kitchen and I went with a different quartz company. Our contractor recommended this place along with a couple of other places to find a kitchen countertop choice. He mention that this place more expensive than the others but it's because the quality is better. There are plenty of sales people to help answer your questions. This place is not open to the public so you will need a contractor to purchase items. MSI had an extensive selection of various stones on display and stock. We found a quartz countertop called Calacatta Miraggio Gold which we didn't find anywhere else. The countertop is white with light brown veining. We ended up buying our backsplash here too. We looked at over six different stone shops but we found that MSI had superior products that we wouldn't get tired of quickly. We chose Medici Gold Tile for our back splash. We love how everything turned out with our kitchen remodel. Tip: they will provide samples of the countertops and back splashes to help you make an informed decision. read more

Not to be confused with with the computer manufacturer, this MSI is a huge industrial wholesale flooring, countertop, and surface supplier. They have an amazing variety of virtually every kind of material possible, from natural stone, to quartz, wood, tile, and everything in between. In addition to the showroom, there is a labryinth of huge stone slabs they have arranged into long aisles, and you can walk down them to see what they all look like. You can also take pretty cool stone samples to see what various options would look like at home. They are complying with COVID-19 regulations as you are required to register and answer a questionnaire before coming in to the building. Masks are required. We discovered this place when we were sent here by our contractor during a bathroom remodel project. It looks like this is the place where most contractors and even possibly Home Depot gets their stuff. So I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to upgrade any flooring or countertops in your home. Five stars! read more

I usually do not write reviews on any company negative or positive. however I write this as a warning for other not to purchase this companies products directly as they will not honor their 25 year product warranty. my experience with this company was with their LVP products. I has been over a year trying to get them to at least partially refund me for the product and labor and I see no progress at all on their behalf they keep switching representatives who communicate how the process is going to my contractor who professionally installed the product. at this point I feel no other option than to seek a legal resolution due to the terrible experience I have had with this company. please do not find yourself in my position by giving your business to this terrible company. read more

After only 2 years this stuff is falling apart. It's cracking peeling alot of the locking joints are breaking off causing the flooring to move up and down. There are spot that have dents and cracks from chairs. Looked on the company web site and the list of reasons they won't cover by warranty is insane. It's like it's not ment to be used. I purchased flooring from this company through Menards, Inc. The flooring costed $1272, and the installation was $1758. In less than 7 months the flooring was chipping and breaking. I need to give a shout out to Khushi. I was told to come look at the granite they pulled for me. After driving an hour, the granite that was supposed to be 125" was only 121", which was the original one were found, but too short. The young man that took me to look at it was all, sorry, just the way it is. Getting back to the desk, I met Khushi and explained the situation to her. She immediately got on the computer, did her research and found that both the larger and smaller slabs were supposedly occupying the same space, at least in the computer. She sent the young man out to look again, in a different area, and she was correct and it was found. She personally took me to see the slab. I really appreciated that. Thank you Khushi for sticking to it and solving the problem so I didn't make a two hour round trip for nothing. Thanks to you, out new kitchen is going to look great! read more

Ali is very professional and hooked us up with the BEST PRICE for our kitchen granite countertops. He is very knowledgeable of all materials and had some great suggestions. This place isn't meant for the general public, however, if you're working with a GC, you can look around their showroom. Most the other sales guys won't give you the time of day if you don't have your GC with you or an account. I was debating between 2 difference types of slabs and Juan was extremely helpful and showed me both slabs so I could make a better decision. My contractor sent me to MSI to meet Loreto. The appointment was supposedly confirmed. When I arrived i was told Loreto was not in . I was not happy. I don't know if it's Loreto's fault or my contractor. Fortunately, I want to give James, who usually works in landscape, a shout out for helping me.
