    Non existent customer service. Hard to find anything out about pricing or ordering. They're lucky they have great granite

    They have good options , however be prepared to spend a lot of time there. Customer service is suboptimal.

His pricing was unbeatable, especially for such a high quality product. My husband and I recently renovated our entire home and ended up replacing all of the flooring through our entire house with Mirage flooring through Ray. When we initially reached out to Ray we intended to refinish our downstairs 90's oak hardwoods, and replace our upstairs carpeting with new hardwood. Upon meeting with Ray for the first time, we began to consider replacing our existing hardwoods and Ray could not have been more patient, helpful, and genuine in answering all of our questions and dealing with our indecisiveness on what to do. He did not pressure us at all, but gave us pros and cons (as well as pricing) to both refinishing and replacing. As mentioned, we ended up replacing the entire home's flooring, including our stair treads. Ray was able to quickly procure enough flooring needed for the project, had stair treads custom matched to our beautiful flooring, and had it all promptly delivered. The flooring was dropped off at the house to adjust to the home, and my husband and I were thrilled with how quickly and beautifully the install went. The entire home's flooring was replaced in only two short days, and it looks amazing. It truly was the least stressful part of our renovation, all thanks to Ray. Our home is complete and looks absolutely drop dead gorgeous thanks to the stunning flooring from Highway Flooring!!!! I can't recommend Highway Flooring enough!!

    Unprofessional. Never called back and never responded back to my texts. For what reason I have no…read moreidea. Called this company and spoke with Berti. I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.

    Purchased laminate flooring for our basement in January for installation in two weeks…read more Unfortunately it took until March before product was in and they could install. The installers did a very careful and neat job, but our entire basement was covered in sawdust from their work. OK. cleaned up and noticed a small area of cracked flooring so WW scheduled a service visit promptly. I had an unopened box of extra flooring that I wanted to return, but the store convinced me to hold it until the installers determined if they needed it. Then COVID-19 struck and the visit was cancelled. It wasn't until May that the installers could return. They fixed the problem professionally and quickly and I was very happy with their work and attention to detail. The stores were closed and I couldn't return my extra box, but I was assured on the phone by the store that it would be returnable when the Fairfield, NJ warehouse reopened. Fast forward to today. Emailed with Alex, the Fairfield manager. He informed me, to my surprise, that the flooring we purchased was non-returnable because it was discontinued in FEBRUARY. BEFORE it was even installed. This is the first I found out about this. I'm happy with the floor, it's very nice. I'm happy with the sales process, it was very helpful and easy. I'm happy with the installation, very professional (except for the dust). I'm unhappy with their taking 2 months to locate the product while I waited patiently (which I was told was backordered). Now I discover it was actually discontinued before it was installed, and I WASN'T informed. Alex has offered a $50 store credit for the box he won't accept for return, and I appreciate that. But I'm very annoyed WW installed discontinued product without informing me.

However, he has lied and tried to cheat us out of more money ever since. When the job was done I spoke to both Tony, the salesman, and the off-site supervisor for Worldwide stating that I was not happy with white molding because it does not match. I had tried to tell the installer as soon as he started, but he did not understand or speak English. This had been a problem for the 2 days he and his partner were working. Tony said he would "see what he could do" to get the matching molding and have it replaced. The supervisor had just said it would take time to get it and then come back. The next thing I heard from Tony was that Worldwide Flooring wanted an extra $750 for the installation because there was more labor than anticipated. Well, they finished the job earlier than originally scheduled and we had done everything we were told we needed to do in preparation. Tony had done a thorough walk through and seen how much furniture was involved. We said we were not paying over and above what we had contracted for, and paid in full before the job was completed, as they required. I never heard back about the molding, so After a month I called Tony (I had given him time to get it since the supervisor said it could take time). He said if I wanted to molding, or the current one painted, I would have to pay for it since I "refused" to pay the extra $750. Tony told to me to go ahead and contact Costco, I could tell my side of the story and he would tell his. He had a real attitude about him. I called the liaison, and wrote a letter, giving very explicit details about the 2 days and everything that had transpired. In response, Tony told the liaison that there was extra labor, and later lied and said they sent extra help and that was why they got done early. Well, this extra help was invisible to both my husband and myself, who were both home the entire time. He also lied and said my cabinets are white, which you can clearly see in the photo that they are not. It has now been 10 days since my initial contact, and still nothing but sorry about that from anybody. I have done may projects through Costco, and never had an issue that was not quickly and easily resolved.
