These guys are the real deal. They are in a league by themselves. I'm building a whole new kitchen, and it needed 52 sf of countertop. Taking the advice of my cabinet maker, my contractor, and a friend, I went to 3 different granite and marble places, and had the same disappointing result at each. They each had a selection of about a hundred stones, the prices were higher than the internet said I should pay, and they each wanted 7-10 days for installation. And the worst part, I couldn't find a stone I liked. THEN I found All Granite and Marble (actually I found their website, marble.com, and realized they were located right near me). As soon as I walked in I realized this was a whole different level than the other places. A real showroom, with rows and rows of small sample pieces of granite and marble, all easily coded so you could tell the price range. And they didn't have a hundred choices like the other places, they have like a thousand choices! After I picked a couple samples I actually liked (amazing, considering I could't find anything I liked at the other places) they took me into this immense warehouse with row after row of giant slabs of marble and granite. It is so big that I spent about an hour going up and down all the aisles and checking out the stones . . . needless to say, I found the perfect stone! I was on a tight schedule, and they said, "No problem." They came to my house on a Friday to measure. The next morning I went to their warehouse and they taped out my countertops on my stone, and got it just perfect, with all the grains hitting each counter just right. And two business days later (TWO DAYS!) they installed the countertops. Which are, incidentally, beautiful. What was a horrible frustrating experience at all the other places, these guys made into a pleasure, a fun experience. Everyone I dealt with -- salesmen, manager, installers -- were all extremely professional and very friendly. We had a good experience shopping for our granite countertop at All Granite and Marble Corp. The sales staff was nice, helpful, and not pushy. The warehouse has tons of options of different stones (marble, quartzite, granite, etc) with an easy to follow pricing system. We went with a whitish marble for our bathroom vanity countertop and with a beautiful blackish, grey, white granite for the kitchen. The countertop measurement was scheduled within a few days. The guy came on time and was very diligent with the measurements and design considerations. The process of picking out the exact slab (next day) also went smoothly. The staff moved several slabs for us until we picked the one we loved and spent lots of time taping out the cuts so we can see exactly where the seems will be. 50% deposit had to be paid on this day in either a bankers check or money order. The final payment (same method) was due on the install day. Up until install we were very pleased with this company, the selection process, and prices. The only reason I dropped the review by one star is on account of the very late installation. I was scheduled for a Wed 1 - 4PM slot. I called the store at 3PM to see when they will arrive and was told they are late and would arrive by 5:30PM and would call me before coming. They showed up at 7:10PM semi apologetic about the delay. I was of course pissed because I never received a phone call and sat around wondering if they would even show up. The store was closed so I had no one to call to check. I would have dropped the review another star or two if it weren't for the great job the three guys did installing our countertops. They worked very hard and did a beautiful job (3 hours!). We love our countertops and would recommend this store to others with the one suggestion to block out the whole entire day for the delivery/install. Sept/2015 update - we ordered another granite countertop from this location for a kitchenette and service from start to finish was flawless. I was very pleased with the customer service. My salesman was Oliver and he was great. He taught me everything I needed to know about countertops. The selection there is great, a little overwhelming but Oliver helped me navigate and find the right stone for my kitchen. I chose a stone called Titanium Black and it looks amazing. The installers were very professional and completed the install in less than 2 hours. The guy that came to measure, I forget his name, was very helpful with the details I didn't even think about before he brought them up. I got my whole kitchen done in 4 days!! Home Depot would have taken a month. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone I know. They really have this all down to a science. If it was possible to rate a company with NO Stars, this would be the one. But since I have to rate it, I give it only one, which only represents the pricing for the granite for this company. It is their ONLY saving grace (I checked 5 other local businesses, Home Depot and Lowes and no one could beat this pricing.). We ignored, foolishly, the bad reviews with this company because the granite we wanted was in our price range. The sales guys have ZERO personality or customer service and act like they are doing US a favor for taking our business. We picked a pattern, paid 50% deposit (they don't accept credit cards, which really irritated us, as we wanted to accumulate milage points on our cards), and was told their HQ in north jersey had 12 slabs to choose from for us to mark off. We drove an hour+ to the location, and all they had was remnants!! We were furious. They apologized but they should know their inventory, and we were inconvenienced. We demanded that we get an upgrade pattern for the same price (as we had already paid 50% down). They told us only the manager in the Piscataway office could make that call. We drove back to Piscataway and had it out with the manager, who refused to give us the upgraded, similar granite for the same price. He said, and I quote: " the owner of the company would rather walk away from business then work with a client to make them happy." After an hour of us not giving in or taking our business elsewhere (because we really loved the pattern we picked and couldn't find it anywhere) they agreed to split the difference in price. We agreed. We drove BACK UP another HOUR to North Jersey to mark off our granite. As we were driving, I read a similar review and incident from another women who reviewed this company, and they actually gave in and upgraded her for no extra cost. I was regretting not hanging in there a little longer and fighting.) Delivery Day. 7am call wakes us up, for them to tell us they will be at our house with the granite at 9am instead of 10am. OK, sounds good. 5 hours, yes, 5 HOURS LATER at 1:15, they showed up. During the 5 hours, we kept calling the Piscataway manager who kept telling us "30-45 mins, they'll be there". My husband was furious. So was I. The last call my husband made, the manager said "What would you like me to do about it?" The customer service is deplorable. When they arrived, I first asked the delivery guy "So, you must have had another job before us, right?" And he told me " Yes, it was complicated." Then I blasted him that he could've picked up the phone to alert his manager of his status and not leave US hanging for 5 HOURS~! The installation took several hours. As they installed one of the last pieces, I noticed it was NOT what we marked off at the yard the previous week. I read in previous reviews that this happened to someone else and they were told "Theres nothing we can do about it, sorry. It's already installed." I made the crew stop what they were doing, call the manager and figure out a resolution. I wound up speaking to a manager directly, and sent him pictures of what we marked off at the yard and the piece that we got. To save time and headache, the manager offered us cash back for the miscut piece, instead of us having to drive all the way back to the yard to remark another piece and do this whole thing all over. That was satisfactory, but we were angry that the production guy miscut the piece in the first place, without explanation. Good thing this piece was the smallest piece of the countertops. LESSON: Do like I did - take multiple pictures of what you marked off AND a VIDEO to keep it as proof or you will get screwed. ALSO- LESSON #2 - make sure you fill out a tax form so you won't have to pay sales tax on the granite. It is considered a 'capital improvement' to your home and you don't have to pay the sales tax. you need to give the form to the sales guy or the installer. If you don't know this going in, they WONT TELL YOU. I would never ever recommend this company to people I know. read more

Strolling through the warehouse was an amazing experience with so many choices. I found a slab I liked, went back another time to make sure, and liked it even more the second time. The measurer came on time and the measurements were precise. I went back to the warehouse to pick the specific slab and my salesman showed me slabs from both sides of the pallet. We considered the finest parts of the slab and where they should go for best placement in my kitchen. He taped the slab there with me. The purchase transaction was handled efficiently. The installers (4) were great and the foreman of the installers was very professional and scoped the front and back of the house to find the best way to carry in a very large slab. It took some engineering to get the slab into the kitchen via the deck and sliding doors, but I wanted a full length slab without a seam and they accommodated with their hard work. A purchase this expensive and permanent can be scary, but my purchase was handled professionally from beginning to end. The granite is spectacular. I would recommend. read more

I'm changing my rating ....The company sent someone to fix the problem. He was at our home before to do the initial measurements, very pleasant. He resealed the counter and put a solution on the stain. We would not be in the home for 1 week so he said it was ok to leave the solution on it for a week. When we return the next week and removed the solution we did see a difference in the stain it was less visible. The repair person said he didn't understand why the granite got stain from dish liquid this was the first time he experience this. As a precaution we brought sealer and resealed the counter. This is something I don't feel we should have to do if the stone was properly sealed or the quality of the stain is poor. Beware when purchasing counter tops and ask questions before buying. read more

We were looking for the best value for our money and stumbled upon their showroom. They were so helpful and nice from the very beginning, even as we were trying to decide whether to go ahead with them or not. Not pushy at all, which we so appreciated. We made a decision later that day and our kitchen countertops were installed within 5 days. They were also extremely helpful and flexible in working around our crazy work schedules, and the communication was great at every step. The best experience buying granite. I sketched out the dimensions of the kitchen countertop. Took that to the store. They added that into their computer, with a good estimate of the amount of square feet I would need. Then using the granite on display. All the granite is assigned a color, the legend tells how much each color would cost. I did not see any granite in the show room I liked. But while walking the warehouse, picked up three samples to take home. Made my selection, handed over a cashiers check. Youtube.com taught be how to remove my laminated countertops. Then they came with a laser machine to get accurate measurements. It took 2 weeks from the time I gave the check to the day of install. Very Pleased !!! read more

Plenty of samples to take home and you can spend hours walking around their slab warehouse. Design staff was knowledgable and gave me the 5 price options on the estimate. They've got everything you need beautifully organized and accessible -- both samples and slabs. When I was ready to order my stone, the process couldn't have been easier. The measurements were taken for my kitchen polished granite, with half bullnose edges -- on a Friday. Installation was completed as scheduled, the following Thursday. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received. I give them 5 stars for excellent price, excellent service, excellent installation, very prompt service and the installation team were skilled craftsman. We were impressed with the Technology used to measure and create a template. We picked a fairly common type granite with a consistent pattern. The granite installed was exactly what I expected. Various team members, asked me to verify the stone I picked and my measurement, at each stage of the process. I was asked initially, again when the craftsman made the template at my home, again when they called to ask if I wanted to check the granite before they cut it, and the again when they came for the day of installation. The installation team were skilled craftsman. First they made sure the cabinets were level, and sanded where they were off, then they made sure the cabinets were secure, they helped my husband secure a corner cabinet that was not fixed to the wall. They insured the granite had a even overhang, and then installed the granite. The next step was to secure the granite and seal the seam. They spent almost 3 hours on the project. Overall: The template maker, spent about 1.5 hours measuring with surveying type measuring Equipment, and all the measurements were recorded on a tablet. The service team promptly answer my questions each time I called. The installation team was made up of 3 installers. 2 were clearly very experienced. And one of them was clearly a skilled in carpentry. Advice to others: I highly recommend the company in Plainfield. read more

We used All Granite and Marble to fabricate and install our new marble kitchen counters. The selection at their yard in Ridgefield, NJ was extensive and the service was excellent. We selected our slab, someone came to the house to make a template of our counter tops, and then we headed back to the yard to mark out our slab. It does take extra time to visit them twice -- first to select your slab and then a second time to mark it once the template is made-- but stone counter tops are a major investment and this is time well spent. A week after the template was made they installed the counters. As I looked at it over the next few days, one of the edges just didn't look right to me. The color and texture was slightly different from the rest of the marble and from the other edges. I called All Granite and Marble expecting a big fight. Instead they sent someone two days later to look at it. He agreed that there was a problem and within a week they made a new template and installed a new counter. Luckily, they had marble left from the same run as my slab so the new piece matched perfectly, although we did have to travel back to the yard (third time!) to look at and mark out the new piece. The absolute best case scenario for any installation is that it is done perfectly the first time. However the next best option is that if there is problem, the company is willing to fix it. fix it quickly, and fix it without a fight. i appreciate that All Granite and Marble was willing to do whatever was necessary to fix the problem and I am thrilled with my beautiful marble counters! Five stars is a very strong recommendation and I feel All Granite and Marble deserves it based on: --excellent stone selection at the yard --excellent and patient service at the yard (we looked at a LOT of slabs!!) --very quick turnaround to template and install the counter tops --always came within the promised time frame --willingness to fix a problem quickly and easily --a beautiful product! read more

They were great, great price, staff was very friendly, We went late on a Friday (4:50 when they close at 5:00) the sales man stayed late and answered every question and even advised on ways to save money :), we decided on a slab and scheduled a measuring for that Monday. Monday, they showed up a little late (understandable) and spent a lot of time making the templates. They were very accurate and took the time to do it right. Thursday, they showed up late again (understandable, I would rather they take their time and do it right then rush threw and have problems later)....install took a little over 3 hours and looks great, Saturday I had a plumber friend of mine help with the trap, he commented that they had done such a clean professional job with the sink mounting that he believed we would never have any issues and their work would last as long as the stone itself. The 90-day written estimate said $1800. Two weeks later, they said the price went up to $2300. They refuse to honor their written estimate that says the price is good for 90 days! Salespeople are rude and pushy - they just want money, not customer satisfaction. Beware! read more

Listen to the negative reviews... I ignored the reviews and had two issues with this place... First and most important, an IPAD was stolen from the bathroom closet when they installed the granite in my master bath. I realize this is a big accusation to make and foolish for us to even leave it in linen closet but we are 100% certain one of the installers robbed it. I sent a lengthy email to store then when I didn't get a response we called them. Was basically brushed off and then a response came saying they will look into it. When I asked for name of who it was escalated to again no response. Haven't heard a word from them since and it's been 3 month. I figure it they are so desperate to steal an iPad then they must need it more than I do. I did bring it to the stores attention to potentially avoid future customers from being ripped off. So BEWARE!! I was also annoyed that when I got an estimate for my bathroom vanity it included all the levels, single blue, double blue, single silver, double silver, and then single gold. Each price quote at each upgrade was reasonably increased but quote ended at single gold. When we went to pick out our slab we happened to pick out a double gold assuming it was be a moderate increase to single gold (like all the others) however, we were shocked to learn that the double gold was almost double the price of the single gold!! When asked why they didn't have a flat rate for a double gold we were told it's a premium stone. No other place does that it's a slab of marble for christ sake!! This is not a pedigree dog I'm buying!!! Crazy they have so many levels of pricing but they can't give you a quote on a double gold quality. Know what you are choosing when you pick out your slap. Stay away from the double gold or expect to pay double what your estimate is. I settled for a double silver because it was ridiculous to pay $2200 for a 72" vanity top with 2 sink cutouts and no upgrade on edge cut. On a positive note, they did install my granite perfectly, it's beautiful and had it installed a few days after I picked out my slab and they have a nice selection to choose from. But the negatives far outweigh the positives and you can find better customer service somewhere else. Be warned they aren't the friendliest in that place and not being able to give me a quote on a double gold slab doesn't make sense and I felt as though I was being ripped off. Oh that's right.. I was ripped off. They took my IPAD. Hope they enjoy it but it's a shame the store didn't feel my complaint was worthy enough to follow through with a response on who the issue was delegated to. Marble.com has a wide variety of granite and the customer service when picking everything out was great. But, when they delivered my granite, two very unprofessional things happened: 1. One of my cabinets needed reinforcement to hold the granite. Marble.com does not keep any wood on their truck. So, while they were outside my house supposedly installing, I had to drive to home depot to purchase the wood for reinforcement. Home Depot instructed me on the wood I should purchase and even Home Depot was in disbelief that the granite installation company would not come prepared to do what it takes to make the proper installation. 2. MY GRANITE WAS INSTALLED UNLEVELED AND LEFT THAT WAY. One of the kitchen cabinets was off about 1/4" or so and again, a piece of wood to level this out was needed, which they do not keep on their truck. They actually installed the granite unleveled in one section, which created a big problem for my tile backsplash. The granite remains unleveled and is an eye-sore. The granite was measured and fitted properly BUT how could a company not take enough pride in their installation to have the tools and materials necessary to complete the job properly. The worst sales people ever you give the dimensions and everyone gives a different price . Then the delivery fee is a joke because they add in measurement fees and all kinds of extras. The manger should be working at Burger King ,his customer relation is horrible. Then try paying no cash no personal checks or credit cards they only take certified checks from the bank, who's got time for that . Horrible experience and wish I had known of all the negative reviews. Problem with the company is if anything goes wrong, they will not fix the situation. I was delivered a badly DAMAGED piece of stone countertop which was all scratched up. I was told my only options are to lose my 50% deposit and get nothing or pay the full amount to keep the damaged stone. They would not even consider to attempt to take it back to repair it or cut another piece. The manager Paul is extremely nasty. Should have definitely been skeptical when I needed to keep signing off on the piece and that a certified check is needed. read more

Customer service when I first walked in was stellar! I worked with Oliver and John (I had a few visits). Oliver really knew his product and was able to save me so much time as he could direct me to stone similar to what I liked. But in truth they all now their stuff. The installation was wonderful - looks beautiful. And even when there was a problem with my sink, they returned to finish the job promptly. Overall a terrific experience. My only "ding" is I would have liked better communication on when the guys were coming time wise for installation. I'm sad to see the bad reviews but my experience with these guys was that they are very professional and make every effort to make you happy. read more

I'm giving them 3 stars even though I backed out of the contract. The sales staff were very helpful and courteous, and I had no issues with the initial estimate of the various levels of the slabs I picked out. After taking a few sample pieces home, we fell in love with the Fantasy blue which is marked a single gold, and labeled as a quartzite which from what I read, is harder than marble or granite. After further reading up on quartzite, I found a "buyer beware" blog on the stone often being mislabeled as quartzite, and in actuality is a form of marble which scratches easily and is subject to staining. Thank god there is a testing method which will dispute any mislabeling. One of the tests involves taking the "quartzite sample" and trying to scratch a glass tile, which it should do so fairly easy, if it is a true quartzite. My sample failed my test and crumbled instead of gouging the glass which verifies that the stone is Not Quartzite, despite being labeled as such in their showroom! I confronted the salesman and he agreed, saying that's how the quarry labels their slabs, and that's how their labeled in the showroom. I'm so glad I researched the stone first before leaving any deposit. It's a shame too because it is a beautiful stone. I told the salesman I've been to 3-4 other slab yards and every one of their Quartzite slabs were truly what they represented. I am now going with a fabricator who deals with 3-5 different slab yards to choose from. The places are actually much better lit and organized for viewing the slabs. I hope this information helps others. Check it out yourself. They are still labeling the pieces quartzite in the showroom. read more
