This time in my laptop died I tried to take it to Sage's and they were closed in the middle of the day on Monday. They're hours plainly said they were supposed to be open. I called them and left a message asking why they were closed. Then I Googled computer repair and found Computer Rescue in Fort Bragg. I'm so glad Sage's was closed. Within 5 minutes of talking to him I was confident of Jason's ability and expertise. (The kid that works at Sage's called me back 5 minutes later and said they were open now. His loss for closing down in the middle of the day) He was able to start working on my computer right away which was crucial to me because I had a deadline. The hard drive had some errors and it turned out that Jason was able to repair the hard drive and reset the computer. In explaining the process he said that all of my downloaded programs would be lost & would have to be reinstalled again. I really wasn't looking forward to spending hours downloading and installing new programs but I accepted that would have to be done. I was surprised and pleased to find Jason reinstalled my programs, kept all my settings and bookmarks, and double tested everything and gave my computer back to me in practically the same state as it was before it crashed and died. He went above and beyond the call of duty and did an incredible amount of work on it for the money that I gave him. I wholeheartedly recommend his service and will definitely be a repeat customer... but let's hope not too soon.
