The first time I came in nails were chipping and I was paying what I felt to be ridiculous amounts for a simple acrylic fill at almost $100 am I tripping or is that normal? So I took a little hiatus of not going because I felt the prices were getting steep, but then I had no choice but to come back due to time constraints and got a Mani Pedi and the nail tech that did my feet ended up cutting down my nails too short and bled ! Instead of apologizing, she just fixed it with their drops that make the blood stop, but I was in so much pain ! And not to mention when I finished my nails, the quality was OK but two of my nails ended up breaking one day later I tried to come in immediately to show them, but unfortunately, I work out out of town and could only come back in on the first available day that I was off so I came in to show them. They had me sit down at one of the nail stations and had me sitting there for 30 minutes with nobody even touching my hand to look at what was wrong . I simply got up and walked out because I had waiting so long ! I don't know I really miss the quality of work when I used to come in a couple years back especially from that particular nail tech but now it just seems like they're sponging money out of anyone who walks in there and not even giving the quality of work to keep the clients . I will say in the times that I did have good experiences. I did appreciate the clean environment and complimentary drinks are nice but not enough to keep customers . So this will be my last time there anyways hope this helps someone like me that isn't even from the state that was looking for a good quality nail shop !

So with the 10% off, it barely is comparable to other salons. I did not notice any drinks offered like every salons I've been to. I did ask for something to drink after being there for an hr and they offered a bottle of water. The pedi was very nice and thorough. I believe it was Kristy who was my technician. She took her time during my pedi. I'm the kind of person who likes the time pampering and not a quick turn around. If it's too quick, I feel a mani/pedi appt is rushed and not detailed. Since it was midday Wednesday, there were only 3 customers including myself. All the pedi chairs look new and it does look like they went through a renovation. Since I booked online, I do receive discounts for 10% off in texts. I may come back during a discount since the overall prices are more expensive than other places with no drinks offered.

Now I'm always excited to go back, even if it's not time yet. I like to get plain, solid colored, short acrylic nails. Currently, my hue of choice is "24 Karat Gold"... and it's awesome. My sister tends to go with pink and glitter, while my mother usually gets french tips and some sort of flowery design/jewels on a finger or two. You can get whatever your heart desires painted on your nails, really. A landscape, even. Artists are working here and your nails are a canvas! There were two women working there and they got to work right away for manis and pedis. The pedis weren't relaxing at all. No massages or anything. She'd finish the cleaning up part and then move onto the next without painting. They had done this for two of us before another group had come in. Before they had finished my group they had started on the next!!! RUDE!! We had places to go. Then the manicure. I got a French gel manicure... Supposed to last for two weeks right? WRONG!! It hasn't even been 18 hours since I've had them done and they are already pealing. Probably about half of them are. Oh and I asked for square shaping and half of my nails are square and half are round. I even made her go back and try to fix it but she couldn't shape a straight line if her life depended on it. I can do a better job myself. And she shaped them after painting them which is probably why they are already peeling. So now the morning of my wedding I am having to find a place that opens super early to fix this joke of a manicure. NEVER going back to this place again!!
