Executive summary: Outstanding, responsive service at a reasonable price. I called Mark on a Monday, he came two days later on Weds (he could've come on Tuesday but I wasn't available). In total, we had sixteen (16) locks that needed work with rekeying, bad locks, etc. He also worked on a door handle. He had to remove all of the lock mechanisms for the rekeying and to make sure one key could open one set of doors, another key for another set of doors, and so forth. He asked questions to make sure we got what we wanted. He was here for about three hours. The price was very reasonable--about $400 for everything. I highly recommend him. read more

My family is really happy with the changes Mark made; everything works so well, and we didn't have to really replace anything. Every lock we had an issue with got refurbished and they work better than before -- most are quieter, all the locks work a lot smoother, everything feels solid and like I said 'smooth' -- and the cherry on top was reducing the number of keys needed across several doors with varying locks. We needed more than a hand full of doors rekeyed and gave me a pretty good quote.
