The Caesar Salad had fresh lettuce, too little cheese, and so little dressing you almost needed a microscope to find it. We got there at 6:30 and the restaurant was nowhere near full. I like my Prime Rib rare, but, in the past, I always had to settle for medium rare or sometimes a little more than that. However, this night, all they had left was medium well. We ordered it anyway. The old taste was there, except there was way too much pepper. I don't think I would spend that kind of money again unless I could get a medium rare piece without an overdose of pepper.
