I've visited five different Fashion Q locations trying to find a decent pair, and not one store had anything close to the quality they used to carry. I asked the cashier if I could use the 10% discount, and she told me, "Not today, next time." I asked her why I couldn't use it today, especially since the offer clearly says that I'm able to get 10% off by following them, and clearly says to show an employee. She still refused to honor the discount and didn't give me a clear reason. If the promotion is being advertised, customers should be able to use it according to the terms. Very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Worst experience.
