The workers were friendly and it was seriously the cleanest casino I have ever been to! Actually spotless. Good options ranged from a steakhouse to Jimmy John's, making it truly accommodating to any and everyone. I can't wait to go back and spend more time here.

Removing them when he did the register. New pair of gloves each time. Then he even used a napkin to grab the drink straws. Honestly they should order straws wrapped in paper to eliminate this step and waste! At lunch, there aren't many choices in this place. Had a nice King/sofabed room, which was clean, nicely appointed, and the location is great. Room was on the 10th Floor so the noise level from the street was minimal. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was zero hot water. I let it run for 10 minutes, and still no hot water. I called down to the desk and was told yes, when fully booked like the hotel was that night, there's not enough hot water in the hotel. I was told to wait a while before taking a shower. Unacceptable to me that a hotel doesn't have the capacity for hot water when the hotel is full. When I complained again when checking out, I was told "the manager is in today. I'll tell her and maybe she'll give you a few HHonors points." Huh?

It's actually really easy to google and the computer screen will light up the pattern you're going for. During some of the games, the clerks go around to offer more games for more money. Kim, one of the clerks, was so kind to me and made sure I was on track. She answered any questions I had and it made the whole experience more comfortable as I had gone alone! Then, you'll grab a small computer. Let's make it more intense and add a machine that auto plays for you. Ask for the program. You'll see each game has a slot and will be able to follow the sequence easier. There's an option to buy food (if you arrive early enough) People pack coolers. Pack a cooler - it takes so much focus to play, snacks are important. There's a few breaks. That's good because there's no room for error. Don't miss a number. Games move fast. Big money is tied to the last game. Smaller games are sold all night and have large prizes. One attendee must know which cards are hot because he kept winning. Amazing. Loved it.
