Stopped by while waiting to board our cruise ship. The band that was playing was loud and horrible!!!! The smoking area was disgusting and there was zero ventilation running. It was an unenjoyable experience.

I don't gamble but I always have a good time here. The nightlife is lit in here from the djs to the bartenders and I love how spacious it is. The drinks are reasonably priced and the bartenders are super friendly. The staff at the front is very welcoming as well, even the security guards.

It's kinda ghetto with a lot of old people, but it's pretty cool. I think they've developed new management because now I see a lot more events going on on the weekends and some features. Hoping to host an event there at some point they've offered some more food options outside of the usual pies, which is awesome because their pizza is delicious Now they have Dunkin' Donuts buffalo wild wings and a sandwich shop. I think it's Jimmy John's. I go back all the time because it's a cool hangout spot and it's only 12 minutes away.

This is the first casino I took my wife to as we had time to kill after our Greyhound bus dropped us off next door and when the gates opened at M&T at the Ravens vs.Seahawks game. We were hoping to get breakfast here but sadly none of the food places open until lunch time. There are plenty of slot machines upstairs and downstairs that are pretty well kept but a few machines did not have visible cash out buttons. Overall we had a decent time but it would be nice if food was available at all hours, especially in the morning.

My review may be slightly biased as I was born and raised in Las Vegas in the land of casinos. Honestly, the interior of the casino is lovely and well-maintained (check out the gorgeous chandeliers in the photos). However, the immediate exterior (e.g., parking garage, elevators to get inside) is pretty poorly maintained with trash on the floors and interesting smells and sights that do not necessarily make you excited to go inside. The food and drink options aren't amazing but they aren't awful - they have some good options but a lot of the times the places aren't open so it defeats the purpose. I did like the pizza place which I've seen has been consistently open! My partner really likes roulette, and for some reason only a few tables were open (many were closed). We eventually got to play and it was great, but I wonder if the casino is understaffed or something else is going on. Pros and cons to coming here - give it a shot and see what you think!

The casino is large and has a good amount of old and new slot games. There were a good amount of table games as well. There are high limit rooms for slots and table games if that's your thing. Certain areas of the gaming floor are quite dim and others are brighter. Overall we had decent luck but obviously that could change from visit to visit. They posted a 91% payback when I was there. The Hall is their event center and it has a variety of things there from concerts to comedy shows to holiday parties and more. We saw a concert there and it was ok but not the best venue for big music fans. The floor is not sloped for concerts so medium and shorter peeps, you are likely out of luck if anyone tall is standing in front of you. Acoustics were rough in the beginning (along with a stoppage for a fire alarm!) but balanced out more towards the middle. Drinks were reasonably priced for a concert venue. Bathroom lines were horrendous for women's and men's. We also attended a NYE party there and it was festive and themed well (Wicked) with food and giveaways and beverages. Band was good and dance floor had people partaking. They are attached to a mall and many places to eat and shop in the area. Would likely visit again when back in the area and would consider staying as well.

The popular eateries are closing. Morty's was a great sandwich shop. We couldn't find it in the regular corner area. It's either gone or relocated in a far away spot. Some of the newer casual eateries require ordering at a kiosk before approaching the counter. The personal touch is evaporating. It is challenging to find a kiosk to check points or promotions. The location of machines (if they don't have a huge line wrapped around a wall) are usually in heavily trafficked areas. If you are already at the mall or going to Costco, it might be worth a visit. I wouldn't go out of my way to stop by. The games we adored are mostly gone, except for the Wonder Woman slot machines (no longer prominently featured). Be alert in the parking garage. MGM is classier and has a food court.

The parking is very easy and accessible to the casino. The stores are fun and the restaurants look great. The atrium is beautiful and I was lucky enough that it was Lunar New Year themed when I visited. The rooms are quite nice and very clean, plus they are spacious. Bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Climate control worked well. It was an enjoyable stay and I would stay here again. The spa was fine, but more on that under separate cover. For food, I ate at the National Market (food court), from both Zizi's Pizza and Noodle Bar, both of which were fine, and I'd eat at again. I also ate at the Bellagio Patisserie, which was good--I liked my flatbread and latte for breakfast, along with my dessert. Room service was enjoyable, as I ordered a very delicious chicken tender and tots meal. I'm not a casino person but I do enjoy walking through one and MGM has a fun vibe. I was hoping to try Blossom during one visit, but it did not open in time. We had drinks in the lobby bar, which is well-appointed and lively with delicious cocktails and great service. We also had drinks at Osteria Costa, but service was not great. The website/app leaves much to be desired. I could not find all needed information and opening times for restaurants and stores were incorrect, which is bewildering and causes one to wonder what else management is overlooking. Staff is super friendly and helpful though, and I am looking forward to returning.

Very "one more hand" behavior. The slot machines were strong. Plenty of options. Bright screens. Good variety. Easy to get pulled into a section and lose track of time. It handled the need. Grab something. Reset. Get back to the floor. Nothing that stole the show but enough to keep the night moving. Parking is huge. First-time confusing though. The size is helpful once you understand it. But pulling in for the first time had that "where exactly am I supposed to go" moment. A few more mental breadcrumbs would help. You get a good portion of fries. Too big with the sandwich. They were the best fries I've had in awhile. Super crispy but soft potato goodness inside. There was a guy working the register and a woman cooking in the back. It took a really long time to get my food. My sandwich sat waiting awhile for the fries. The register guy was working the fryer too so had to run back and forth. The register guy was very friendly and practiced cleanliness. Put gloves on before going in the back and touching food.
