I keep telling myself I'll review Born2Bake when I have a picture to post but the baked goods…read morealways get eaten before I have a chance. So here I am to say how amazing this bakery is, despite not having pictures to post. Born2Bake is everything you want in a bakery and coffee shop. They are a locally owned small businesses making things from scratch and you can tell how much care went into your food every time you visit. The pastries are fresh, expertly made, and there is a lot of variety from croissants, to savory breakfast items to some really decadent cakes. It's located in downtown Littleton, and the inside ambiance is a cozy and welcoming environment to either stop in for a coffee and some pastries to go or sit down at one of their tables. The people who work there are always friendly and welcoming as well. It's just the sort of place we love to visit and support!

Our granddaughter ordered a couple dozen cupcakes for our great granddaughter's 3rd birthday party…read moreand we were assigned to pick them up. Located in the cute downtown area of Littleton, parking was easy to find for us to run in an pick them up. Cute, clean bakery with lots of goodies on display. They also offer sandwiches, soups, coffee, etc. and there are tables to sit at. Saw several yummy cakes, pastries, cupcakes I'd like to eat! So the two dozen we got were a combination of chocolate, vanilla, carrot, chocolate peanut butter, funfetti, lemon, almond, etc. And each were decorated with hints as to the flavor you could expect. The cakes were light, fluffy, and airy and the frosting was spectacular. They use a creamy buttercream with no grit, just light and tasty with flavors that match the cupcakes. Everyone at the party raved about these cupcakes and we all agreed I was giving a 5 star review! Fabulous bakery if you live in the area (or are visiting and want some sweet treats!).

Staff is really nice and helpful. Sad that the Centennial location closed. The breakfast burritos…read moreare amazing and the chocolate croissants and cannolis are delicious. The only thing I'd take away half a star for if I could would be the price. $10 for a croissant and $6 for a scone is a little crazy. I think they would be a lot busier if the prices were more reasonable. Most gluten free bakeries/cafes in downtown Denver charge about 25% less per similar item.

This posting was not on the door on March 29th when Wave the Grain took our full deposit for a graduation cake. They willingly took our money when they knew they were in trouble with the courts. Losers!! We now know we'll never get the cake we ordered..... Now the doors are locked, not responding to emails, voicemails, or open during business hours. Ohhh, and other customers are also complaining about the same issues about Wave the Grain on social media. I'm very thankful Visa has a great dispute policy when fraud like this occurs. Visa has been very helpful when we and other customers have been deceived. Thankfully, the Colorado State Attorney General and BBB have been notified!!! It's sad to see folks take customer's hard earned money and obviously be out of business. Do yourself a favor, and Don't support this business!!!!

They have sweet chai and a spiced chai. For me, the best is half of each. And they do carry alternative "milks." The staff are absolutely the best! The line could be out the door and service is fast, efficient, yet not rushed and they're very kind. The baked goods are made there and while I haven't tried them all, between my friends and I , we have tried most. All have been delicious and done amazing unique combinations. It's fun to see new items to try. The environment is lovely. It's comfortable to sit and relax. There's outdoor seating and all of it, inside and out, are beautiful, comfortable. They have larger tables that seat up to 8 which has given me the opportunity to meet new people. And there are private tables to do your computer work. They truly have it all. It's become one of my favorite hangout and drink tea. People watch or engage. I'm there at least once a week.

Did give cookies and cream vibe with the black and white appearance - Pandan coconut cupcake - pandan is subtle, so tastes more like coconut - Calamansi bar - one of the top winners of the bunch. Super citrus-y and tart which we loved - Mamon - super light and fluffy like a chiffon cake - Ube pistachio sylvanna - super interesting texture! Never had anything like it and it does grow on you - Ube brownie - slightly dense for me, but great Staff was welcoming and friendly! Would definitely visit again.

They have a purple Ube cake that would match the theme perfectly. Before I could get any details out or speak to the baker, they told me I needed to go online to submit a custom order. The cashier told me the smash cake would be a 4" cake and that in order for them (the bakers) to make it, I would also have to order cupcakes too. Online "All Custom orders start at $200 regardless of the size of the order." Plus the cost of cupcakes? The Ube cake is a 6" for $60 and a single cupcake was around $5? I'm all for supporting local and supporting Filipino businesses. I took the time to visit in person but it seemed very unprofessional that not one of the bakers (even seeing me as I was talking with the cashier) came to discuss the details of the order with me in person, what justifies the 3x charge for a custom order for a smaller cake and cupcakes (that I don't need).
