    Blueberry cream

If you're in need of a sweet treat, a morning cup of coffee, or a beautifully made cake which is also incredibly delicious this is THE place!!! They have an amazing selection of cakes - raspberry almond, piña colada, horchata tres leches, blueberry cream, Italian cream and turtle cheesecake....just to name a few. These cakes are huge and if you don't have an occasion to buy an entire cake they're also sold by the slice. This makes a great option for sharing several slices for dessert, a dinner party or just because. Each cake I've tried is delightfully decadent. The cakes are light and fluffy, the frosting is sweet and creamy and the FRESH fruits really add another level of texture and flavor to these cakes. I usually only need a little bite of something sweet but I didn't want to stop eating my slice. Eternal Flavors Bakery is truly a gem and they are making masterpiece cakes that will wow your tastebuds!

I love this bakery. The spring fling is amazing. If you love fruit you are gonna love this cake. When the market downtown closed I was afraid I would never have another spring fling that was the same. I gotta say it tastes just like it.

Picked this cake up as family in CO have been raving about the Spring Fling Cake being a hit. We were very disappointed in the dryness of the zucchini bread and found it difficult to enjoy. The fruits were fresh, delicious, and displayed beautifully, but the quality of the bread really ruined it for us. Unfortunately we didn't even finish the cake and most of it went to the trash. I would really like to try it again and give it a shot, but with the price of the cake, I'm not sure it's worth it to risk getting another disappointing and dry cake.

The leftover cake that we couldn't even slice and put in our Tupperware. Tower of mush

The cake was really pretty the fruit was good we ordered tres leches and unfortunately we could not get out a slice it was complete mush. Literally impossible to cut a slice for our guests and for 95$ that's insane. We kept it refrigerated until it was time to serve as well

We order cakes from here for EVERY birthday! Especially the spring fling! Worth every penny!! Love that we can buy by the slice too. Love the macaroons too!

If you're from Colorado, you have heard of the spring fling cake so when I found out the head baker had opened his own bakery, I knew I had to stop by. The bakery is located outside of Denver in the Englewood area but it's worth the drive. Cake slices are about $7 each so when we stopped by, we easily selected seven different flavors to try. The slices are pretty big so we treated them as mini cakes and sliced it between people to share. The spring fling is the classic. It's a fruit filled cake made with zucchini bread. There's just something about it that works. We also ordered the mango cream, Oreo cream, carrot cake, coconut cream, and cheesecake. Each cakes were very delicious and not overly sweet. The cream was fantastic and did not taste like plastic. The cakes tasted fresh and they had the right amount of moist s our cake slices were not dry. It's worth the drive and this will be our new birthday cake location pickup now.

Great cake, excited it's the same baker as "the Market", disappointed the cupcakes are only by the order, but understandable.

We had the spring fling for the holidays and it was definitely nostalgic. So glad this is an option since The Market has been closed.

We went on our second to last day and I wish we had been able to go back!! This place is located in a food hall! The service here was wonderful! They were so unbelievably sweet! 10/10 ladies! I got a strawberry cheesecake Cronut (croissant/doughnut) and 2 of their La Roulette's (chocolate and raspberry) When I tell you these were packed with filling, dripping down our faces as we drove to the Rocky Mountains haha! We didn't care at all!! These were SO GOOD!! The crunch/texture is just outstanding! The fillings were to die for! There is a reason these guys went viral! Definitely check this place out!!

It's actually a great spot for a casual brunch or just grabbing a pastry and calling it a meal, which I fully support. The space inside Denver Central Market makes it easy to pop in and hang out for a bit. We tried a few things and everything was really solid. The Eggs Benedict on a croissant stood out, and you can tell they take their baking seriously. Their "Queens" (their version of a kouign-amann) are especially worth trying. They also use high quality, locally sourced ingredients, and it shows in the flavor. Go for the cake, but definitely stay for more.

There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.
