Little did I know that they offer more treats including flan cake-like, homemade macaroons, Mexican wedding cookies and other affordable cookies, among their amazing and delicious variety of cakes. The Mexican wedding cookies came in a bag of five, but as you can see in my photo, I ate two on the way from the bakery shop to home. They are so good! Highly recommend this purchase. Service here was great. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were very friendly too. We would give the place 4 stars, but one oddness knocked off a star. When we walked in, a group of people were sitting at a table talking with someone who may or may not have been the owner. As soon as we appeared, their conversation ceased. The entire time we were there, it was very clear that they were waiting for us to leave so they could resume their conversation. For a customer that is a very uncomfortable experience. A half-dozen or so people in mostly silent waiting mode, waiting for us to leave. Which of course made us want to leave quickly. And which also made us feel more than unwelcome. Not the impression a business should want to make with a customer. Suggestion: if you want to have a conversation but don't want customers to overhear, then please meet in a back room, or elsewhere. If you want to have that kind of conversation in the store's public area, then please lock the door so that unsuspecting customers don't inadvertently visit mistakenly thinking that they will be welcome.
