I like really lemony cake so for the baby shower I asked her to bump up the lemon flavor even before I tried the sample cupcake and it was perfect. For the cake decorating class I asked for the entire cake to be in cream cheese frosting instead of buttercream, she did that for us and a few of the other girls ended up doing the same! The class was a lot of fun and her instructions were very easy to follow.

We got to sample the red velvet which wasn't my first choice but she likes it. The cake was dry. At frost taste I was like okay I give it a chance and see if it's the entire sample or just the first bite. Nope it was the whole sample was dry. Not sure if it was an old one or sitting for awhile. Either way needless to say she chose a different cake for her wedding. Although the location of this shop is close to where she lives. I'm glad we had a chance to try sample first before deciding.
