We decided to go with a tart cake in the shape of a 30. I sent her some photos of the look we were going for and she nailed it. We did the 3 in vanilla and 0 in chocolate tart. It came out spectacular. I gotta be honest, I don't love cake and didn't expect it to taste that great but this cake blew my taste buds out of the water. My MIL ordered cupcakes for my babyshower. We sent inspiration pics and had conversations about what was expected and flavors. Day of babyshower, cupcakes were picked up - box taped shut, our own fault for not checking before leaving. Once we arrived at the venue and opened the box we realized they were not at all what was ordered, incorrect flavors, incorrect designs, overcooked and burnt on the edges. We reached out to the bakery to express our dissatisfaction, she then proceeded to post our conversation on Instagram asking if we were a Karen and praising her own cupcakes. In her posts she contradicts herself several times. She states that she received an inspiration pic and that they did the cupcakes as close as they could, but in another comment she said she didn't know what we wanted and we only gave a verbal description of desert flowers. She also states in her text to us (with the screenshot she posted) that she didn't see the cupcakes before we picked them up because they were taped shut and asked us to send a pic, but then also states 'we all thought they were very pretty'. Which one is it? I am attaching the inspiration pics as well as what we received. Cupcakes were all different sizes, icing was very minimal, designs were not even close, edges were burnt and crusty, none of the guests even touched them, we paid $150 and ended up with zero desserts at the shower. Beware of what you see online for this bakery as given this experience, they will delete anything that does not fit their narrative nor do they take any accountability. Owner - if you are reading this, we have left messages and would love to hear back from you. We have all email communication proving the ask for this order, if for some reason you are having trouble finding it.

Everything they did was excellent, from the beginning tasting and design phase to the day of the wedding, they were easy to work with and the cake looked great. They offer a free 12month cake, unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of that offer within their time window. Last time we were in Colorado we remembered them and called to see if they would still offer the free cake deal, to which they understandably said no. We asked about any other options they had and we were rudely informed that they had no options. At some point in the conversation I went so far as to ask if we could buy another cake and were told "no." Maybe business is so good they don't need referrals from past customers, maybe they don't even want that. maybe I caught them on a bad day. I don't know.

She worked with me on customizing the cupcakes to match the wedding colors and they turned out lovely! We got so many compliments on them. I chose red velvet with edible gold dust and raspberry champagne. They were both delicious but oh my...the raspberry champagne flavor was on another level, it was outstanding. I thought we would have quite a bit to take home after the reception was over but there was not one left! Kimberly also delivered the cupcakes to the venue and was punctual and very professional.
