My car got whacked by someone else's car door. Frustrating to see a clearly defined line going across my left rear quarter panel. The location was across a designed crease near the wheel opening. Joe came on out and made it disappear. It's like magic. He couldn't access it from the inside, so he had to pull it out with his special tools and his glue slide hammer. I scheduled an appointment with Joe and he was kind enough to keep in contact to confirm that the date and time was still good. He arrived on time and we talked through the work to be done. We have five cars and all of them needed some minor ding repair work. Joe comes fully equipped to conduct the repair. The result is rather amazing when you look at a ding that is almost a crease and is later completely gone. The quality of his work is truly outstanding and it took him over six hours to complete all of the work on the five cars. The prices range from a minimum of $75/ding to $150/ding depending on the severity so if you have a number of them the price can escalate. Not impressed...He told on the phone that if he only had to "glue pull" 3 very minor hail dents it would cost $150-175. He said if he could not glue pull the dents and had to pull panels or drop the headliner it would cost more and there was a 3 hour minimum charge to do so. Instead of having him come all the way out past Lago Vista to me, I met him at his home in Cedar Park. When we met, he kept going on about how nice my truck was and mentioned something about them being expensive (Ram 1500 Rebel). After looking at the 3 minor dents he said they could all be glue pulled, it would take 2+ hours, and quoted $350. I feel because he saw a nice new truck, I was profiled and he assumed I could pay more. If you know what glue pulling is, it is a simple procees that takes about 20 min. It usually takes longer for the glue gun to heat up than it does to actually pull the dents out! read more

If you are on a tight window of time to get this work done have backups because this man has a wait list (good services tend to). They overdelivered on the services and costs where fractions of what a body shop would charged for the same damage. During a recent wind storm a person was getting out of their car beside us in the parking lot and their door slammed into our car, with a nice size dent. In the case of Mr. Dentz mobile repair it was a bad experience. I spoke to joe on the phone and explained my need and situation. He was very professional, asked good questions, was attentive and asked for pictures which I sent. He scheduled me for the following week, as I explained I was turning in a lease vehicle and had a specific timeline. I rescheduled a business trip and meetings to accommodate the afternoon (5 hour window),and received a text at 5:30 the evening before the appointment to cancel the appointment. I called joe, and again explained my situation and he let me know there was nothing he could do to help. I work just like Joe, and my schedule matters too. WOW!!!! All I can say is these people are AMAZING!!!! Not only are they super friendly but they get the job done!!!! My husbands truck had a large dent on the side (hit and run situation) so for his birthday I decided to have it fixed.
