The "Franco Columbu Collection" of Italian reds arrives on a mini bench press rack, and you have to complete three reps before they'll pour your Brunello. However, I also would have appreciated a little more initiative in understanding what I was asking or checking whether anything could be done, particularly since only a few minutes had passed. Having spent many years in customer service myself, I really value those small moments where someone makes an effort to accommodate a reasonable request when possible.
