Last time I went was a Friday shortly before close and when I got home, I realized they had listed my coolant as low but didn't offer to tip it off since apparently it's an extra charge. But since we needed to drive to Missouri the next morning, I didn't want any chances with low coolant. I was annoyed but when I returned first thing Saturday morning and explained the situation, Rose was extremely apologetic (despite not being involved the day before) and immediately filled the coolant, explaining it was barely low and the indicator is a little over zealous. She was so understanding and helpful that it erased my anger and brought the review back to 5 stars. Note: I use auto lights and they turned them off. I noticed right away but it's something to always check after taking a car to dealers or jiffy lube etc. and return to automatic if you use that feature.

Having them do a quick inspection and explaining your needs face-to-face really lets you see their expertise firsthand. Just a professional tip: because they are so good at what they do, they stay very busy! Don't go in expecting immediate 'pit-stop' service.
