The manager (Sean) was incredibly nice, took my measurements and was able to FedEx me the suit overnight.

Their selection of elegant dresses is outstanding, with so many beautiful options that it was easy to find the perfect dress for such a special occasion. What truly sets this boutique apart is the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made the experience feel less like shopping and more like a fun and memorable day out. If you are looking for exceptional service and a stunning dress selection, I highly recommend Queen's Lace!

Maybe it's my own ignorance thinking a $500 budget for a MOG dress was plenty, but when I arrived…read moreand informed them of my budget, and I was made to feel small. My sales associate informed me that all of their dresses were on average $1,000 or higher. Disclaimer: when I made the apt online I noted my budget was $500, no one ever reached out and informed me this was not appropriate for this store. I was given an incredibly small portion of the "discount" and damaged rack of dresses to try. When I finally found pale blue-green dress that could work (It was $200 and heavily pilled and frayed in the seems). I took a photo and sent it to some friends and my husband. They all said it looked white with blue floral application. I'm the MOG, I can't wear anything remotely white (or photographs white) to this or any wedding. When I told them the feedback and that I couldn't get this dress, they started to pressure me pretty hard. I had my Mom and Aunt with me, they were pressuring to, because they knew that was the last dress that was in budget and could work. I finally had to very firmly say "I can't". I was pretty upset I was being encouraged/pressured to settle on a damaged dress that "could work" (not the feeling I was going for), because it was the last one in my budget. After that, I just got dressed and just left. I left feeling upset, small, and overall embarrassed. Went to David's Bridal right after, had amazing service, tried on so many dresses, and picked one that was half of my $500 budget! Helpful Hint: if someone makes an appt at your store, notates their budget, and if it's not realistic, please notify them. Also, there are no prices online to even gauge what caliber of price and product you have in the store. Even your "Tips" section doesn't elude to $500 being a small budget being it's considered a bridal boutique. "Bridal salons and boutique stores can range from $300-$2,000"-directly from your website. --maybe put a statement the average cost of dresses in your shop (that's not on the damages discount rack).

I bought six mother of the bride dresses and none of them worked for me. I called David's bridal before I ordered them online to confirm that I could return them to the store as it is stated on the website. When I got to the store, it was evident that the box stores are "separate" from the online David's bridal and they do not appreciate returning online purchases at their store. Because of a glitch on David's bridal side and after more than an hour in the store waiting, only five of the six dresses I was returning were showing up to be returnable. After being told, I was on my own and had to call the general 1-800 number to try to figure out what happened to the sixth dress, I was finally given a UPS return label a week later from the online David's bridal just to find out that they charged me $15 to return the dress that I had in person at the store a week earlier to return! I did not find the customer service to be helpful or friendly. I would never shop at David's bridal if it was the last bridal store left in the United States!

We had to ask the cashier where the dresses were and pick them out, try to fit them ourselves, and then tell the cashier which one to order. Had such a sad experience today, and am still shaken up…read more This is a longer review, but with respect to the other associate, I want to make sure I'm clear with where the issues originated. We rented some beautiful pieces for our show this month, and Marianne was amazing in getting everything set up and ready for us. When returning most of the items, I made the mistake of returning a shirt to the wrong location, so I had to come back the next week to complete everything. I was ready to pay an extension fee, but she was kind and allowed for that margin. We had a dress and lace-up shirt to bring back as well. My mother dropped off the dress first, and was told sternly by Nancy there would be a $40 damage fee. I wasn't sure what that was for, so when I stopped by to drop off the lace up shirt, I asked. I have a new costume team, so if mistakes were made, I want to make sure they know where they must improve. I have no problem paying the fee- prices here are very fair- but something happened after I asked what the fee was for. Nancy stormed away without speaking a minute, planted at another counter, and then proceeded to tear into me, loud enough for the room full of customers to hear, and potentially even the adjacent room. I think she somehow concluded I was trying to get out of a fee, which upset her. Despite me trying to communicate that wasn't the case, not only did she stop listening but she threw insults. A few of Nancy's choice sentences: "You are so snooty" "Your energy is killing me" "Has anyone ever told you that before? It's true" "You sound so snippy" "Everything you say is so passive aggressive" -I replied I was being genuine, she said, "I don't believe you." "I have been doing this for 40 years so if there's an issue I know it's not me." "Blip blip blip blip" (mimicking me talking and cutting me off for asking where to drop off the final shirt this week) Even if I was trying to negotiate damages, you still shouldn't use public shaming as a tactic. The customer is not always right, but I do believe that standards of mutual respect should be held in all interactions. Marianne was kind, professional, helpful, and honestly made the magic of clothing and performance come alive for me and my cast that came with me. Nancy was hostile, insulting, aggressive, and never even created space for response. I do have the interaction recorded, so all details can be corroborated. I'm not the person to post it (public shaming is not my method) but I'm happy to share the recording with the owners for reflection. I do hope moving forward that a space where artists can create that much magic together can also be a space of safety, gentleness, and mutual respect.
