After three hours, they told me they were just pulling the truck in and it would be ready in another hour. I came back an hour later--four hours after my scheduled appointment--and the truck still hadn't even been touched. To make things worse, the staff gave me attitude instead of an apology or any real explanation. I rely on my truck to work and earn a living, and they completely wasted my day. Absolutely no respect for my time or business. I strongly suggest not trusting this place. If they can't honor a simple scheduled appointment or communicate honestly, I wouldn't trust them with anything else.

After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. I am like these are the tires you guys recommended. Had a mechanic check it out and drive it around and said the air was a little low so they topped it off and it should be fine. Here I am three weeks later and my car pulls to the left, it feels like I am driving on a flat tire, and it is so loud I can hear it over the radio.
