Highly recommend Dan Rose at Mr Spoiler. I had a major problem with my 2013 Toyota Highlander leaking water under the driver side floor mats. Miller Toyota dealership wouldn't fix, told me I had to go to an auto body shop. Dan and Jacob took the time to diagnose and totally reroute the entire drainage system. They fucked up my friends car. Their job was to only install fog lights. They couldn't do the job right the first time. They acted confused as hell the second time and now all the sudden the car is leaking alternator fuild. My friends car was not leaking at all before dropping the car off and days proir. They had the car here all day and when they called to let her know it was ready for pickup. They hung up and called back 10mins later saying oh there is a leak now? There wasn't even a leak spot where we dropped the car and left it today. The girl blonde wears sunglasses hair in a bun. She has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. Instead of being understanding and compassionate. She is rude and disrespectful. What a shitty company and I personally would not choose this place for repairs. I WOULD NOT recommend Mr Spoiler. I brought in my Mazda Miata for wheel arch rust repair late this last year. Having been quoted a 2 week turnaround time for the job, I called for an update at the end of the second week only to be told that they had been short-staffed and had yet to begin work. This set the tone for the next four weeks. Multiple times every week I called and was given the promise of a call back with an update which never came. Mr Spoiler was not communicative at all throughout the process. When the work was finally completed 6 weeks later the areas of repaired rust looked good. However upon bringing the vehicle home, further inspection revealed severely scratched paint, broken interior & exterior trim, a turn signal not working and a broken mirror. I have contacted Mr Spoiler regarding compensation for damages as it is to inconvenient for me to bring the vehicle back to them (Additionally I am reluctant to go through the whole experience again). The cost of repairs is minor considering the generous profit they made from the work performed. So far they have been unresponsive to my requests. read more

A vehicle reversed into my car and dent in the front hood. I took my car to Mr. Spoiler's Body Shop for front-end body repair and painting. The owner, Dan Rose, was very knowledgeable and seemed a straight shooter. Dan performed a first-rate job negotiating with the insurance company. Mr. Spoiler's body shop did an excellent body repair and painting job. The front end looked brand new. I was so pleased that a year later I took my car back for a backend body repair and painting, along with installation of a new air conditioner condenser. Dan gave me a fair price. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. When I arrived to pick up my car, I learned that the fuel breather hole had been covered up during repairs and painting, there were paint bubble blemishes on the vehicle roof and back right side, the indicators were cross wired, the reversing lights and radio did not work, and the car had a starting problem. Mr. Spoiler Body Shop unblocked the breather hole and correctly re-wired the indicators. I bought a new electronic ignition system and coil. I had to pay Mr. Spoiler's mechanic $50 to install them and jerry-rig the starting system so that I could drive the car home. Dan promised that Mr. Spoiler Inc. would fix the paint bubble blemishes when I brought the car back for deep polishing and detailing. I paid Dan. I trusted him as a man of his word. The following day, my mechanic told me that the jerry rigging was needed because the starting regulator had burned out and the new coil was made for another vehicle. My mechanic surmised that when the AC condenser was installed Mr. Spoiler's staff leaned on the ignition coil displacing electrical connections. These connections were in correctly connected resulting in ignition system burnout. To correct the problem, I had to purchase a new regulator, and another electronic ignition system and the right coil for my car. In total I paid $405.68 to correct the starting issue caused by Mr. Spoiler's Body Shop. For six months, I tried to have Mr. Spoiler Inc. resolve the paint bubble blemishes and complete deep polishing, and detailing. I even offered to pay additional money to complete this work. Dan reneged on his promise. I had little recourse since I had already paid him. read more

I was looking to get an oem spoiler installed from my Scion FRS 2013 so I called a lot of body shops but I was getting different quotes ranging from 175 to 500 dollars for at most 3 hrs of labor. I took my spoiler to Dan and showed him the part they were able to fit in me in during the Christmas holidays and they were able to install my spoiler within 1 hr. I took my NSX to Mr. Spoiler in Manassas for some minor bodywork. The owner Dan is very knowledgeable and did a great job re-aligning my hood and bumper. Dan's a straight shooter and delivered on his promise, and I was actually able to pick the car on the ETA date! (That's pretty rare nowadays especially for a bodyshop). The business is family run and you get a sense they're not out there to get you. He's been in business for 15-17 yrs and has done a few NSXs before, along with other exotics and dealership bodywork. Having dealt with body shops for over 25 years, it's very fortunate that I found out about Mr. Spoiler. Their body and paint work is in a very special league of its own. I've had complete paint jobs done by this group. The body work done before the paint went on was outstanding. This included a RAV-4 that was very close to a total insurance loss. The digital paint mixing equipment that they use is state of the art. My insurance company knows about this business and rates them in the top 1 percent from what I understand. read more

I took my Lamborghini Gallardo to Mr. Spoiler this past spring(2016) for repairs to stress cracks in my bumper, repaint and wrap the bumper in a Vinyl matte black . Fast forwarded to present day I decided to take off the wrap. What I discovered is that Mr. Spoiler did not infact repair the cracked in my bumper that occurred in March but they just slapped on a clear-bra and wrapped the bumper in black. There were also missing screws. Its evident that the bumper was not properly prepped. I had requested a vinyl clear-bra and was under the impression that I had received vinyl but come to find out it was either halo efx or plastic dip which stripped the paint when it was removed. I've been trying to rectify this with Mr. Spoiler for over 2 weeks when it was brought to my attention. I finally received a returned phone call this afternoon from the secretary and as of now they are declining any wrong doing. She stated that "any time you remove wrap from a vehicle, it can take off paint even with vinyl wrap." I believe that vinyl wrap would have been easy to remove and would not have damaged the paint, the wrap has been on the car less than 90 days. I never received an receipt for the repairs. I took about 40 pictures and emailed to the staff but never heard back. Today I can't upload pictures here and show there craftsmanship I should of listen and took my car to D&V Autobody Sterling VA. Never again will I do business with Mr. S. and I advise you not to. read more
