The bartender offered me ice, but I don't actually like ice in my water, so I prefer this. I also really like being able to choose my own table--I know this would be impossible at a busy restaurant, but this was so dead we could, so go here Sunday at about 3! All the tables are very pretty and looked comfortable. I prefer the comfort and privacy of booths (which they have a few), but the friend with whom I was dining needs tall chairs, so we opted for that. The cocktails were AMAZING, and the hummus plate was more than enough for lunch. So delicious. It came with warmed triangles even though the menu didn't mention them! Yum, yum, yum!!! We will be back FOR SURE. We paid with a gift certificate and only remembered DAYS LATER that we forgot to leave a tip!!!!! So, we have to at least go back for that‍‍‍‍‍usually places remind me!!! I HAD to order the French onion soup (practically a mandatory order for me whenever I see it on a menu). Le Sel Bistro definitely met my expectations because it was rich and flavorful with plenty of cheesy, savory goodness. Mmmm! Definitely had me satisfied along with my entrée. I ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, and it was absolutely delicious. I love me a good pork belly and this was a unique twist on the classic Eggs Benedict that I had to try, adding a savory flavor that complemented the dish perfectly. Everything was cooked well and beautifully presented. My friend ordered the (classic? Daily special?) French toast and completely demolished his plate before I had even finished mine! It looked incredible, and by how quickly it disappeared, we agreed it tasted pretty good (I had a small bite). The ambience and décor are exquisite, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that's perfect for a leisurely brunch. We dined indoors, enjoyed a great conversation over our meal, and never felt rushed. The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. While the prices are a bit high if you're comparing it to a typical breakfast spot, they're exactly what I'd expect from a bistro. I'd recommend budgeting at least $25+ per person if you're ordering a meal. Between the quality of the food, the inviting atmosphere, and the excellent service, I felt it was well worth the price. I would totally recommend this as a fancy breakfast location and would return to try more of the menu.

The cabbage rolls are delicious, the meatballs are fantastic, and their fresh-baked breads and pastries are some of my favorites in the area. That being said... I made the mistake of coming here on a Saturday afternoon. First, the parking lot. Wow. It took me probably 10-15 minutes just to find a parking spot. There simply isn't enough parking for the number of people that come here on weekends, so everyone is circling the lot waiting for someone to leave. Then, once you finally find a space, people don't leave enough room to get in or out because traffic is coming from every direction. If driving stresses you out, I'd honestly recommend visiting during the week instead. Monday through Friday around lunchtime has always been a much easier experience for me. Inside was just as busy. The deli counter had a huge line, and the store was packed with people. It was difficult to move around because shoppers were constantly walking in front of each other without much awareness of those around them. None of that is really the store's fault--it just speaks to how popular they are--but it definitely made for a stressful visit. The reason I stopped in this time was to finally try some of the desserts, and I'm so glad I did. The honey cake was absolutely incredible and easily my favorite. I'll definitely be buying that again. I also tried the Spartak cake, which was good, but the honey cake stole the show for me. I couldn't decide on one of the mousse cakes because they all looked amazing, so I asked the employee behind the counter to pick her favorite. She recommended the mango mousse cake, and she was right--it was delicious. The white chocolate shell gives way to a light, tangy mango mousse with actual pieces of mango inside. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The only downside is the price. The mousse cakes are roughly palm-sized and around $10 each. While they were very good, I finished mine in one sitting, whereas the honey cake and Spartak lasted me much longer and cost less. Overall, I absolutely recommend this market. The food, bakery, and hot deli are excellent, and I'll definitely keep coming back. My only advice is simple: avoid Saturday afternoons if you can. You'll probably enjoy the experience a whole lot more.

When we walked in I noticed some table games in the front area and table books so I was hopeful, it seemed pleasant. We went to sit in a booth but the empty tables were still dirty. While we sat we decided we would order, we couldn't find menus and kept waiting for a waiter, then someone finally told us ,after we asked , that we had to order in front! I ordered a BLT on a GF bread, I had to pay $2 more for gluten free! I expected a large sandwich for the price, like most the restaurants we've eaten at have been, but this sandwich was small, like a tiny one made at home! The bacon was burnt to a crisp and black, and the bread was super dry, the whole sandwich was dry and tasteless and a disappointment. When it came the side of pickle was missing and I had to ask for it. The only good part of my meal was the chips and my Italian soda! A huge waste of $18 + $$

We were out celebrating my buddy's birthday today, and started out next door for some smokes and drinks. I had a plan for some choices for his bday dinner, and he opted with Ms. Jane's inside BJ's Casino. First off... this place is very elegant with a fine dining experience. Secondly, Cassandra was absolutely superb!! We all thoroughly had an amazing experience, from the drinks, appetizers, to our entrees, and the service. The Lavender Martini was top notch, and we also ordered the White Mojito. That mojito was crisp and refreshing! Two spectacular cocktails. As for our meals, undeniably unbelievable!! I ordered the 12oz. Ribeye, with Garlic Potatoes and crisp Broccolini. So crisp and a unique almost vinaigrette flavoring, with a subtle spice. As a side, we ordered the Thousand Layer Potato. My first time ever having this, but seen how it was made on a video. Simply divine. My wife ordered the Braised Bison over Polenta, with some Carrots. This is the tastiest Bison we've ever had!! We finished the evening with a Dubai Chocolate Fudge Sunday, and Cassandra gave us each a spoon to share in this decadence. Needless to say, my buddy had an incredible day of celebration! Thank you for this wonderful experience! As always, Enjoy & Happy Birthday, Wazowski!

We were the only people in the dining room for lunch the entire time until our last 10 mins. This restaurant is inside a casino in Fife. Parking is interesting, and the casino itself is in the middle of a reno so it looks a bit messy but otherwise it is fine. Kudos to them for trying to make the outside section nice because the view kind of kills it. Pros - it's a very nicely designed space. The hostess and our waitress were so nice and welcoming, even giving me a stool for my bag (and it wasn't even my fanciest bag lol!) Overall, the restaurant is nice, the food seems to be mostly fresh and good quality and service was nice. I actually quite enjoyed my ribeye, despite our broccolinni having no almonds, as stated on the menu. My affogato was good, and the cake frosting and flavors were good. Cons - I say these with love...but we both feel the kitchen was not up to par, or the main chef was off, or something happened because there were quite a few mishaps during our visit. The appetizers were good, but the scallops needed salt and I would not pair them with pineapple, personally. The calamari weren't the most tender, and the breading was interesting - it's definitely not your typical breading, it suited a fish and chips dish better. The sweet and spicy sauce served with it is from trader Joe's...I know because I've bought it before, so I don't believe it's house made. Like I previously stated, the broccolinni was missing the almonds, and the carrots on the side that I ordered for $13 were so embarrassing that the waitress came back after serving us and told us that she spoke to the manager and got those off our bill. That's how ridiculous they were, so thank you to her for having good values at work. While I liked my steak, it was very, very fatty, and my husband asked for medium rare and definitely got medium well. Lastly, the pink champagne cake was disappointing, not because it was yucky, but because the cake itself was clearly days old, and had been freshly frosted. It was tough, dry and stale, while the frosting was fresh and light. Overall, I can see coming back but I'm in no rush due to the price/location/overall food.
