They took my sisters money and never fixed it right. They lied and blamed my sister for the repair not being properly done. They left our toilet unable to use. Then they tried to charge us $600 more if we wanted them to fix the problem they didn't fix that they already got paid for. Don't use O'boy for your plumbing problems they'll take your money and leave you worse off! We ended up calling a plumber who will fix the problem for $400 not $600.

We had a kitchen leak and Traditional Plumbing and Drain came out to do the plumbing inspection…read more They were very honest and explained everything to my husband and I thoroughly as well as recommended what we should do. I asked if it was ok to stick with them for the repair's because of my initial encounter with them and I'm so glad they accepted. Our job was very very difficult but they helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to help complete our difficult drain repair job. We have real hard wood floors that were a monster pain to break through. But instead of me having to hire a demo team to break the floor, by some miracle they powered through and did it themselves saving us more money. They even fixed bad plumbing work that was done by the previous owners plumber. We are super thankful for Moises and his excellent team. They not only fixed the problem but also upgraded our drain to prevent any future problems. On top of that we had a separate bathroom plumbing issue and I reached out to him and they came out right away and took care of the problem for me at no cost because we were already dealing with so much, I was lucky he accepted what I gave him. That spoke volumes to me. I hope no one ever has to deal with any plumbing issues but if you do Please don't hesitate to give them a call. You'll get the work done right and for a great price.

He looked it over no BS or up sell or I have to come back tomorrow, he fixed it then took about one hour or so and DONE!!! He called me right away, I told him what was going on with my water heater, he had me send him some pictures of the unit and was instantly able to figure out the parts he needed to fix it. The last time I called a plumber he was a bigger guy who was working underneath my bathroom sink…read more Everytime he stood up he used my cabinet door to pull himself up. He didn't have all the parts he needed so he had to have a co-worker bring him the needed part. By the time my bathroom pipe was un-clogged, the door to the sink cabinet was off the hinges from him pulling on it and he wouldn't take responsibility. So not even a year later my shower needed work. I needed to find a new plumber so I called around. The first 3 companies I called wanted me to pay for an estimate. I am a you tube watcher and try to fix everything myself, so I knew what the problem was, and what type of faucet I had and would explain this to them, but they wouldn't even listen. They would say you need to pay, $89 or $99 or $125. dollars just to have them come out and give me an estimate, and if they did the work they would apply that money to the total cost. That was a BIG red flag for me. So I kept calling. I called Ace Plumbing and spoke with Donnie. I think he's the owner. The first thing he did that was different from the others was he listened to me. I told him what I knew about my shower and what I thought the problem might be. He asked me when my house was built and asked if I could send him a picture of my shower faucet and knobs. I sent the picture and he explained what he thought the problem was just from my description and the picture. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Being a single woman and navigating through the AV mechanics, electricians, handymen, etc. my BS meter has become fine tuned, and I could tell that Donnie was a capable straight forward plumber. The BS meter was never activated while talking to Donnie. The quote he gave me was higher than I had anticipated, but because of how old my house was, and most likely the pipes were galvanized he explained why it would be beneficial to have the whole unit, not just the shower diverter replaced. I agreed with his explanation, and asked him when he was available. He showed up today on time with the needed parts and got to work. He started with the diverter and asked me if I would come into the bathroom so that he could show me exactly what he was doing and why. I work from home and got back to it, when all of the sudden he said he had some good news for me. He said the hot and cold faucets had already been updated from the old plumbing and that it was only the diverter that needed fixing. The cost of the repair was cut in half. Whew, I was not expecting that at all. This week I needed to get my truck fixed, was quoted $430, but it cost me $1200. I needed to take my cat to the vet and they said I could go in with him if I wore a mask, but they didn't let go in and it cost me more than I had been quoted. But with Donnie from Ace Plumbing, I was given a fair estimate and it ended up being half that amount. Donnie is an honest and knowledgeable plumber and I am so glad I found someone reliable that I will definitely call for all my plumbing needs. I am sorry this is so long, but the week I had was very rough until I met Donnie. Thank you Donnie! You started me off to a Great Weekend!

I met Avetis initially as the plumber sent by my home warranty company to see why my tankless water…read moreheater was no longer consistently providing hot water to my shower. After checking on my heater, Avetis discovered that, of all things, there was some packing material lodged inside the shower head fixture, apparently left there by the handyman who installed it. This had an effect on the volume of water allowed through the shower head and triggered the water tank to turn off the hot water. He cleaned it out, and now it's working fine. Avetis was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and left the work area clean and tidy. When I noticed that the shower head alignment needed to be fixed (purely aesthetic), Avetis came back to adjust it and didn't charge me for the visit. I will call him again for my plumbing needs.

I tried running a snake down the drain myself but couldn't clear the blockage. Talk about stressful. I called Triple Queen's Plumbing and they came out right away. It was freezing cold and pouring rain, but Aiden and Juan showed up ready to work. From the moment they arrived, my stress level dropped. They were calm, confident, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they planned to fix it. That alone made a huge difference. They didn't complain about the weather or the conditions. They just kept working the problem until they figured it out and came up with a solution. You can tell when people take pride in what they do, and these guys absolutely do. They are the real deal. Triple Queen's Plumbing has earned my trust. I will 100 percent use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants the job handled professionally and efficiently.

I had zero experience/knowledge with water softeners or water softener installation. After some…read moreresearch I decided to go with an Aquasure system. They were widely available and their headquarters are in California. I contacted them to see if they had a preferred vendor to do the installation. This is how I found Triple Queen. I did my due diligence and got estimates from a couple of other plumbers closer to my location but I figured if the manufacturer is suggesting a vendor I should take that recommendation seriously. I spoke to Victoria about the job. I liked that she was very upfront about them not being the cheapest because the quality of the installation is their number one priority. Plus, they were located quite far from where I am but they were willing to take the job. So I went with them. The installation experience was great. Adan and his crew were on time, professional and polite! If you look at the pics of his other installs they look like works of art! You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was even able to remove some redundant piping which made the install look even better. After everything was done he stayed for another hour to do the setup. The system has been running great! It's made a world of difference with the incredibly hard water we have here in the South Bay. I highly recommend Triple Queen's plumbing. They are the embodiment of the mom and pop shop that wants to make their customers happy.
