I've never been so demeaned for being a woman. I called back for a refund after the refused to service me. Meanwhile Richard the owner sat in my car and googled codes he wasn't able to fix. The issue? My mechanic told me later that the tube they replaced in April was leaking, and that's what they refused to fix due to what I believe is incompetence. I called the following day for a refund and Allan told me to come in again and I said I didn't trust their work after coming in and waiting. Allan was extremely rude and dismissive after my long wait to an empty shop. If you aren't in an emergency, or a woman, AVOID this place. They add things to the bill without asking (my initial visit I was charged $100 for coolant I didn't want). Reported to BBB. Awful service. After a lack of info and waiting without answer, I towed my car. The new and trusted mechanic said the coolant leaked and needed a new hose. No one at Jiffy lube answered basic questions and in fact couldn't even find the leak! An appointment to fix the issue never happened. The owner, Richard, spent an entire hour sitting in my car Googling basic diagnostic codes on his personal cell phone. He did not know how to fix the issue, yet I was still charged [Insert amount if you want]. Falsely claiming we scheduled a follow-up is an attempt to cover up a complete lack of basic expertise and a rip-off. Future customers beware.

Seeing how friendly everyone is when they come in, I know that all are regulars, which is a good sign already! Jackson, then proceeded to check my car and his advice was to use another power outlet instead since the car's USB may not have enough voltage for my multi-headed charger. He also checked all the fuses and they all turned out fine. With mystery solved, I am now happy to use the other power outlet. It was one of the recommended outfit to install snow tires I bought from the Web. I have since taken my car there for service twice. Once for a leaking tire and once for transmission maintenance. Entrance of this shop is at a back alley of No. Road, and the first impression is not at all impressive. One is likely to witness a wide variety of cars, from current models, to old classics, to one of a kind vehicle, under different stages of repairs as one winds his/her way into the office. It has no shinning floor and parts are scattered around. "Ordered messiness" might be an appropriate way to describe the shop. It sort of reminds me of the cluttered desk of one of the smartest professor I had at Stanford. But under this deceiving appearance, the shop is run by a crew of true professionals with good discipline, great service and unbeatable prices. It costed me $50 to repair a nail in my tire. A transmission service with full fluid change was $160, PARTS AND LABOUR included! It would have costed me more just to have the car examined at the dealership. On top of that, it opens until 9 pm! Which garage does that nowadays! I am a professional engineer with more than 30+ years of project experiences in aerospace. I have also been a car guys with five cars who still owns his first car (1971 Mustang) and changes his own oils. I know professionalism when I see it.
