Boyd Autobody in Douglasglen has repaired 2 of our vehicles previously and did a great job…read more A week ago my son's car was smashed up in an accident on Deerfoot Trail SE. We didn't want it to go to the impound lot where we would be charged big bucks. So, in our panic we thought, take it to Boyd's. It was a Friday after they were closed, so there was no-one to speak to. I left them a phone message explaining what was up and that we would have it removed as soon as we could. It took 5 days to make arrangements and they were kind enough to let us leave it in front of their building. I would recommend that if you need body work done on your vehicles to definitely go to Boyd in Douglasglen..

I ran my brand new truck into a fence - so you can imagine the mood I was in going here. They were referred to me by the lot that we bought the truck from. They put a rush order to have a 3rd one delivered first thing on the 24th...and the manage had called in his 3m guy on his day off. THEY GOT IT DONE. SO refreshing to see an organization take customer service so seriously, to make accommodations to meet deadlines. FABULOUS group! Also there is a Tim's within walking distance, so you can kill some time there if you want as well. The car was completed in about an 75 min. and were told instructions on how to care for the new install. (leave tape on for 24 hrs, don't wash the car for a min. 3 days, crack the window slightly so that the inside pressure won't harm the glue setting) They also have a good price for windshield wipers as well.
