Not only did they do a great job, it was quick and affordable and they were so empathetic and caring to the awful situation I was in. They even were able to replace my cracked windshield (stupid jeeps) at the same time. I highly recommend Go Glass and going forward will not go anywhere else. Customer service was top notch. Having your vehicle broken into is a terrible experience but they made it sting a bit less.

Without hesitation Kelly,told me to take a seat and that someone would be around to take my car into the back and clean it out and put plastic over so that I could continue on my way. She gave me a very reasonable estimate to have a new window installed but unfortunately installation would not be for several days. They gave me the option of checking to see if I could get it repaired elsewhere earlier, which I was able to do, and when they brought my car back after it had been cleaned up, I inquired about the cost and was told, no charge even through they had spent about 30 minutes cleaning up the broken glass etc. Customer service sure does not get any better than this! Thank you for your kindness, everyone who works there is super friendly even the four legged one!

I told them that I needed to get the truck back for Christmas Eve as I had family visiting and we were headed to the mountains. It was a 4 day estimated repair, but it was do-able. I called on the 23rd, only to find out the bumper had come in twice damaged. They put a rush order to have a 3rd one delivered first thing on the 24th...and the manage had called in his 3m guy on his day off. THEY GOT IT DONE. SO refreshing to see an organization take customer service so seriously, to make accommodations to meet deadlines. FABULOUS group!
