I recently experienced a break in where the person smashed my side window. They fit me in promptly so I didn't have to worry about my vehicle being broken in again. Not only did they do a great job, it was quick and affordable and they were so empathetic and caring to the awful situation I was in. They even were able to replace my cracked windshield (stupid jeeps) at the same time. I highly recommend Go Glass and going forward will not go anywhere else. Customer service was top notch. The WORST experience, please (!) find somewhere else to bring your vehicle. I called around the Douglasdale / SE area for a new windshield and based on pricing, I selected Go Glass & Accessories as they were approximately $20 cheaper than the competition and had good reviews on Yelp. Lesson learned....you get what you pay for. The one positive experience that I had with Go that I would like to start with, was with the receptionist. An appointment was available the next day, and she was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. HOWEVER, upon picking up my vehicle and taking it home for my husband to look at we were extremely disappointed and surprised with the poor quality of workmanship. The gaskets used were after-market and were for a Dodge Caravan. I drive a Toyota 4Runner and the gaskets literally fell off the same day. There was urethane smeared on the inside of the car, as well as dirt and marks, that should have been cleaned up. There were also scratches on the A-bar. The windshield made loud whistling noises, that they said would stop in a few weeks, who knows if this is true. The part that disappointed me the most was that there was a small scratch mark on the dash either from glass or a tool that was used. I understand that accidents happen and I do not expect Go to repair my dashboard, and while the mark was small it is still annoying to have damage done to your vehicle. However, when I brought it to their attention, Remon, who I believe was the owner, said that he did not believe me that the mark was not there before I brought it in, that his technicians do not lie and would have told them if they made a nick in my dash. While I of course do not have proof that the nick was not there before (it definitely was not), I think it is very poor customer service to accuse your customer of lying, especially when combined with the obviously terrible job they did with replacing the windshield. Remon offered to clean up my vehicle and try to install the windshield again. When I chose to take my vehicle somewhere more trustworthy, he did agree to provide me with a full refund, which was more than warranted. However, because I was getting a refund, he said that he would take the new windshield that they installed back (which is fine), but he wouldn't put my old one back in. He wanted me to drive my car somewhere else, without a windshield... I instead took my car to Easy Autoglass which is down the street and where the company I work for has had their fleet vehicles serviced for years. While it may be nominally more expensive, they are reputable, timely and do high quality work. Again, please, do yourself a favor. Save yourself time and the headache and bring it to Easy Autoglass or any other reputable company other than Go in SE Calgary. Lesson learned. read more

Made arrangements to have the windshield in my Yukon replaced before a road trip. Also was going to have the glass in my Mother's Acura replaced at the same time since I was using the mobile service and they were coming out anyway. First the techs called to say they had arrived but it turned out they were at the wrong address, not even remotely close. When they finally arrived, they promptly started stripping the trim and plastic from the Acura. They were at it when the Shop called and said they weren't able to get the glass for the Acura, and could only do the Yukon. They didn't know which glass they actually had on hand in the van? I found out soon into my trip the AutoSense wipers in my Yukon were not working anymore. I called Go Glass immediately and it seemed like they were more interested in finding out on their end who did the work but they did promise to call me back the next day. They did not... I followed up when I returned to town and was told it would be corrected the next afternoon. I waited at home all afternoon and no call or windshield techs. When I called I was told the techs ran out of time and would be there the next day. So far I'd have to recommend going somewhere else as I will with the 3 other family vehicles that need new glass. I'll re-evaluate and update this based on what happens next but I'm not hopeful. You've been warned. UPDATE - 2 competent techs just left my house after they fixed the issue with my Rain Sense wipers. Aside from the inconvenience, all has worked out. read more

This was the best glass experience I have had. I brought my Landrover in to replace my windshield, within a day he had my specialty windshield in and replaced. Not to mention the great deal I got. The bright and sunny waiting room is comfortable and full of the amenities you need while you wait - beverages, wifi, and a large TV. Had my windshield replacemed by Go Glass, and was overcharged for the install, I have been trying to an answer to why my card was charged more than the invoice (and quoted price) and still not getting an answer. The techs did not install the windshield properly and the casing is wrecked. Still trying to rebook to get them to repair what they broke. read more

Really poor customer service. Called in the morning to ask about their rock chip repair service and if they had time to look at my vehicle. Was told that they were busy (had 3 cars) but to visit their facility in person in Douglasdale in the afternoon. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and was told that it was not necessary to do so and to just show up with the car. So I showed up in the afternoon and waited at the front desk while the technician/owner finished his telephone call with a customer. Very limited parking outside the store, I might add. There were other employees mulling around and not one asked if I needed any help. After he was done his call, I asked if they could look at the car and was given this "head shake"...no words, just a head shake that I had to infer was a "NO"! A few moment's silence and he then went on to tell me that they had no time! Needless to say, I will not be returning. "Go" just went "Gone" cuz they lost a customer. read more
