The next day, my brother and I went to see it. As soon as we arrived, before any discussion, Luis said he needed to check with his manager. A few minutes later, he came back and told us the truck had "problems." When I reminded him that he hadn't mentioned this on the phone, his excuse was that he "just found out." He also added that all trucks in that price range have issues, which made it clear that the ad was just a trap to get customers in the door. He then tried to push us toward trucks in the $30-35k range instead. At that point, I was frustrated and left the showroom. Message to Luis and his manager: Don't waste people's time with lies.
