Kevin called to say the car was ready on Wednesday (I was leaving back to the island on Friday). Kevin was so conscientious showing us the broken old rack & pinion and his brother caught that there was a nail on my back tire - which they patched for us, did a wheel alignment & balanced the 4 wheels.
