(Update from last post) I was quoted $5000 for all I needed…read moredone(was told I needed a lot of work btw). My new dentist quoted us at $2000 and was confused about how I was previously quoted and was concerned. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never come back here. To start I expressed very clearly to them that I needed extra numbing in the past because I can feel the drilling causing extreme pain . I also have anxiety towards the dentist as many others do and expressed this very clearly as well. The first appointment for fixing my cavities began normal. Dr. Neil was the dentist who did the work. I began to feel intense pain as he was working. I told him three times about the pain and he stepped out. I then expressed I was in a lot of pain to the assistant who then told me she would go tell him again. He came back in and CONTINUED with no pain management. It was extremely painful and I never wanted to come back. I then got home and noticed they forgot some of the work we had been billed for. We have a new dentist now but I came in today to see if they would fix the problem we already paid for. I was told the new dentist I would have was married to Dr.Neil so I didn't feel as if she would listen to me without bias. I was in the chair for a grand total of 2 minutes and nothing had been done to fix the mistake at this time however we would be charged again for "the time". The receptionist had been very "moody" in tone on the phone and today in person. I usually bite my tongue but I did tell her that she needed to change her tone concerning all this dental studio had put me through. If your customer expresses anxiety you should not talk down to them over the phone and in person. If a customer expresses pain you should not continue the work to save money on equipment. This place is clearly out for your money and not the health of your teeth. Shame on the owners.
