It was my 6 month cleaning appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by the friendly, smiling ladies at reception whi called me by my name. I love this place because it has that 'homey' feel to it, like you're just a number or an appointment, but are a major component of the group and they're truly glad to see you. Well then I was greeted by Kathy (and I'm sorry if I've spelled it wrong) who led me down the hall to our designated spot, all the while cheerfully talking 'with' me. I emphasize 'with', because most places people talk 'at' you making it seem that they're in a hurry. Springhill people aren't like that and they make you feel comfortable. Kathy took her time, went over my chart, told me that she needed to do a 'gum check' and when another lady came in, she stopped my cleaning temporarily and did a very thorough check, calling out numbers in various orders until she was done. Then she explain what it meant and gave my gums a clean bill of health, although she did recommend that I start using a flouride rinse on a regular basis. Then it was back finishing my cleaning... now I have had numerous teeth cleaning over the years, but I measure the really good ones when I find myself starting to fall asleep... this was a really good one. I've been going to Springhill Dental for years. Mo at the front is so helpful and kind. When it comes to dealing with insurance and pre-determinations, she is the best as this is sometimes very confusing. Dr. Hucal is an excellent dentist. You can tell he's been doing this for 33 years! And my review wouldn't be complete if I didn't give a shout out to my hygienist, Darlene. She is so efficient, and understanding. I cannot handle the sonic cleaning tool, it makes my skull vibrate and trips me out, so she cleans my teeth old-school with the scrapers -- no power implements. Best office in the NW. read more

I hadn't been to the dentist since before the pandemic so I wasn't looking forward to is as I knew there would be lots of scaling that would have to be done. After speaking with my dental hygienist she recommended I try a numbing gel, so I did! What a difference. She worked away on me and barely felt a thing! I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm looking forward to returning in December for my next appointment. read more

I can not say enough good things about Springhill! The front staff make you feel right at home. It is a kind and calm environment and they genuinely care. I have had the pleasure of being treated by 3 of the dentists there and were all positive experiences. Our hygienist is top notch! I can not say about her and Dr. Ali.
