I started my treatment in 2023 with 37 trays to complete, but from the very beginning, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. When I first started wearing the aligners, the adjustments were extremely uncomfortable them caused painful scratches inside my mouth. I brought this up with the clinic, only to be told that it was "normal" and that the discomfort would improve over time. Instead of addressing the issue properly, I was given wax to place over the adjustments and was dismissed. The pain persisted, and I had to seek help from another dentist, who was able to fix the problem--something Stoney Dental failed to do. Fast forward to today, February 26, 2025--I completed my Invisalign treatment in November 2024 and moved from Calgary to Leduc. I made the effort to drive all the way back to Calgary for my final tray, X-ray/scan,6 and to check if my teeth were tracking properly so I could receive my retainers. The agreement6 was that, since I no longer lived in Calgary, my retainers would be shipped to me. However, despite my repeated calls and messages, I still have not received my retainers. I was told they would be shipped via express shipping on February 18, 2025, yet I am still waiting. I have sent multiple follow-up messages, all of which have been ignored. When I called on February 25, I specifically requested the shipping tracking number, but instead, I was told that they would call me back-- which they never did. I don't understand why they even asked for my email address when they already have all my details on file. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated, hurt, and disappointed. I6 paid extra money out of pocket after insurance coverage, only to receive unprofessional, dismissive, and negligent treatment. It has been over three months since my treatment ended, and I am still waiting for what I rightfully paid for. I would strongly not recommend Stoney Dental to anyone considering Invisalign treatment. Their lack of communication, failure to follow through on agreements, and disregard for patient concerns make them completely untrustworthy. Do better. Nb! I'm still waiting for my Retainers since November 2024 to date (26 February 2025)

The office staff were probably the most friendliest and well- informed dental staff I have ever had the pleasure to experience. When you are there, you are amongst family. Never a shortage of smiles. Each phase of the treatment was performed to perfection and never once, did I ever feel rushed or cheated. Dr. Pandya is a " perfectionist" about everything. She enjoys educating her patients, which makes me feel even more comfortable to be in her care! This is a dental office , that I would highly recommend to everyone!

Ok, so reasons why he is the best dentist in Calgary: -He knows his stuff, and is quick and efficient. -He only does as many procedures as you need, such as xrays and fillings, and he always consults you about doing said procedures. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. -That's his art on the walls! (from his younger days) -He cares about you, and remembers you and your family That's Dr. Chan. But in addition to all of that, you get the warmest, friendliest, funniest and most helpful staff ever. They do their best to book you in for the times you need, to chat with you while you wait, and to remember you every time you come in. They are, in short, totally awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Chan's practice, it is definitely worth the trip.
