Instead you shut me down and indicated you had this conversation with me and that I told you I am a single mother and have family struggles? Check out some emotional intelligence self help books and also work on your communication skills. You said you are it and I can not speak with another person as you are the Team Leader, then be a "Team Leader". Some customers only needed to be listened to.
