Now for the nitty gritty: Less than 48 hours after my temporary crown cracked in half and fell out of my mouth at work. I called in to see if they could fit me in on an emergency basis as they wanted me to have this temp crown in my mouth for two/three months. The receptionist was a complete jerk on the phone, placed me on hold for 10 mins and then said "ya sure come at 5:15pm". When I arrived that evening, she wouldn't even acknowledge my existence. However the temp was replaced and they agreed to order me my actual crown as sitting in a temp crown for 2-3 months is not doable. The crown was placed in a week later and I decided to take my business elsewhere as the vibe from the receptionist was really awful. Fast forward to two weeks ago when I was at my new dental office. I asked the administrator (who is lovely btw) to call Drake Landing to get copies of my recent xrays. The receptionist at Drake Landing proceeded to belittle me and telly new dental office how "horrible I was and that I was a trouble maker". She sent over what xrays they had and I ended up apologizing to my new dental office for making them call a chat to such a rude person. Super embarrassing. Anyways, I called Drake Landing to speak to the office manager about his as I had done nothing wrong and I didn't appreciate them slandering my name. I was told "the office manager only works two days, doesn't have an email address and she will call you back". This never happened. Point of the story: If you want to have a terrible customer service experience before your dental apt, if you want the office manager to never call you back or if you feel like over paying for your services....this is your place. HOWEVER, the dentist is very good.

They were very flexible in their appointments when it came to collecting the first payment. They were very misleading about the availability of appointments. It's been extremely difficult to book treatment and repair appointments over the past 8 months since I paid the deposit and signed the contract. If you work weekdays I would recommend looking elsewhere, as you will be disappointed in the lack of flexibility and service hours.

I have very good teeth and have never had a problem. I moved to Okotoks and went to this office for a cleaning. I was told I needed to replace my old fillings. Not that anything was hurting or bothering me but I was told this was important to do. So I went ahead and had them replaced. I have been in terrible pain ever since. I went back to the office so they could take a look. They were great at fitting me in quickly. Dr James Stobbe told me my pain was caused from getting older (im 35) and that I need to use tooth paste for sensitive teeth. Again I have never had any tooth sensitivity or problems. Then the assistant put some cream on my gums that I was charged $80 for. That did nothing. I have now been using the recommended tooth paste and I am still living with a lot of tooth pain. I will not be going back. Will be going to someone else to see what went wrong. I would not recommend this dentist as there are many other dentist in town.

Dr. Zee is without a doubt the best Dentist I've ever had!!!…read more Over the last 3 years, I've visited Dr. Zee at both his old clinic on 17th and his new 'state-of-the-art' facility in SE Calgary. During this time, I've had Dr. Zee and his staff take care of my: teeth cleaning, whitening, fillings and a most recently, a crown-replacement. When Dr. Zee moved to his new office, I didn't hesitate to make the longer drive to visit him. He's worth the extra time! There are several reasons Dr. Zee stands above the rest: - He is extremely upbeat, friendly and personable (his staff are always happy as well) - He is the best "freezer" I've ever had! You barely feel the needle, he doesn't over-freeze and I've never experienced any pain while he's working on me - He is both extremely skilled and efficient - His new office is beautiful and he's invested in state-of-the-art equipment (he clearly wants to run one of the best dental practices in Calgary) I recently went to Dr. Zee's new office for a crown replacement (my old one needed to be replaced). WOW is all I can say! He has this new machine that makes your crown on-site, within the same day/visit. Normally, you need to make 2 trips to the dentist for a crown. Not with Dr. Zee!!! He had it done within one visit and not only that, the crown fits a million times better. He uses a 3D digital scanner which then sends your image to a 3D crown "printer/carver" that sits within his office. I got to watch my tooth/crown being made right after Dr. Zee finished my 3D scan. All of the issues related to my old crown have disappeared, thanks to both Dr. Zee's skill and his fancy new dental equipment. Thanks for everything Dr. Zee. I will continue to recommend my family, friends and colleagues. Hopefully this review sends a few more clients your way as well, you deserve it!

That must be another patient you are referring to, and this shows your lack of compassion and breach of trust. Check out some emotional intelligence self help books and also work on your communication skills. You said you are it and I can not speak with another person as you are the Team Leader, then be a "Team Leader". Some customers only needed to be listened to.
