They can bill you whenever they want for outstanding balance, without thinking that patient also have time frame to submit claims. This clinic bill me outstanding balance for several several services done in 2022 in May 2023. Because it was past 90 days from service year, I was not been able to submit HCSA claim. I literally pay $550 out of my pocket without any ability to reimburse this amount. Clinic does not care.

The day of my appointment I walked in expecting to get the extraction done and Dr.Herget took an X-ray and told me I have lots of good tooth left and a root canal was an option to save my tooth. I was worried about the cost and wasn't sure. He gave me a week to figure things out and went back a week later for the root canal! Most intense procedure I've been through ever, the numbing wasn't taking but he ensured that it did! 2 weeks later I have 0 tooth pain and am SOOO happy I listened to him!! Two thumbs up!
