No one would take me because they were closing and the next day I was flying out on a business trip at 7 am so I could not bring it in then. I asked every place if I could just drop it off that evening and leave it for the next day, not one place could accommodate that request, accept for Jet Wash Auto Spa. Soon as I phoned they understood the severity of milk in a vehicle and wanted to help. They did an amazing job. I can't thank them enough for taking me in so fast and doing everything possible to save my vehicle. We brought Nissan Murano to get detailed on Mother's Day. We drove from across the city to get…read morethis done and when we got there, we were told that we didn't have an appointment and they may or may not get to it that day. After a discussion, they agreed to do it and after 4 hour we got the call to pick it up. When we got there we still had to wait, but after we received the vehicle we noticed that the simplest thing to cleaning the car were missed. There was still dirt on the side mirrors, streaks still on the windows. By the time we got home, we noticed that the cleaner that they put on the tires was sprayed on and not wiped. Due to the drive home the cleaner it sprayed all over the car and we had to clean the car again. My husband gave groupon a review and did get a call from the owner the following week. He said that he would give us a refund and it has been over a month and we have not heard from them or gotten a refund. I would not recommend this place after the service we got. You can honestly do a better job yourself and take the money you pay them for something else. Mike

We decided on Maaco due to a potential sale of the car after repairs are done, that was their request. No longer an issue. Here we are on day 10, we pick up our very perfumed car. We were told the car was detailed, it was vacuumed and sprayed with something that is not nice. Some repairs that we were told were suppose to be done, were not completed. Apparently insurance said no to something. We were not called about this issue, not even told at pick up time. We discover this issue went back to discuss it, and were told insurance said no. I think it's bad business to not call someone or acknowledge this issue at all. The second issue is this company decided they were going to fix something that was not covered. Gave us a price for the item. When we picked it up it was more than double the price. Again no phone call to warn or ask permission to do this after the price was changed. This is so very wrong. That should be illegal. To double a price and not make a customer aware of this. The third thing is the tire was flat with only 6 pounds in it, never said anything or pumped up the tire. Then the attendant comes out and tells me to move, I was blocking the entrance. They're 4 lanes wide and I'm the only one. Some buddy needs to learn what battles to pick. I don't need to be harassed for doing nothing wrong. I'll take my business elsewhere and your attendant doesn't need to take a picture of my license plate.
