I would like everyone know about the service I received from Mezn and his team at Lux. My wife purchased a Groupon for a detail service that did not apply to our Full Size Van. Mezn, without hesitation applied the coupon to the service we agreed to. I was very impressed with Mezn's professionalism and his great first impression. We took a look at my Sienna and he confirmed what services we agreed to when I booked my service. He also gave me a time when my Sienna would be ready. I came back to Lux at the time I was told my Sienna would be ready. I was amazed with what I saw. My Sienna looked like the day I bought it. In the 4.5 years I have owned it, two small children have more than left their mark and I was absolutely amazed by the work that Mezn and his team did to make my interior look showroom again. What I was more impressed with, was another customer had come in and wanted a full detail done on her van without an appointment. Mezn was unable to accommodate her need to have her vehicle detailed today but without hesitation, gave her the name of a competitor that would be able to accommodate her timeline. I was truly amazed that he was willing to send business to away, let alone to a competitor because her customer needs came first. I don't typically write reviews on services I receive but today's experience was remarkable. I would hope that this review helps people when they are considering a vehicle detailing service. I had my car detailed by Lux Detail and am so incredibly impressed with the job they did. I hadn't cleaned the interior of my car for several years and there was a ridiculous amount of dog hair, spilled coffee, dust, dirt and grime throughout. I actually thought it was too far gone to be saved. Lux Detail did the best detailing job I've ever seen and I didn't even recognize the interior when I stepped into my car. It looked better than when I first bought the car. Everyone I have driven around has also noticed how incredibly brand-new the interior looks. Best money I've spent on my car to date, hands down. Recent visit to Lux with my 2016 Honda Civic. I am pleased with the service and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Lux to clean your interior. I have been shopping around for a detail outfit at a reasonable price. Lux turned out to the be perfect place. My car is show-room clean. I took my 2010 Honda Accord for a pro lux package after hearing rave reviews from a good friend. Although I keep my car clean, I needed a good detail after a rough winter. Mezn, who is the owner, give me a detailed explanation of the package that I had chosen and went on to do his magic. Afterwards, he took his time and did a walk around with me and made sure I was happy with his work. He made sure that every nook and cranny in my car was spotless. This was the most thorough and intense interior detailing job I have ever seen. These guys are working their butt off for their clients and their effort shows in their great work. Would 10/10 go again. Bought a 12 year old car from someone whos always smoked in the vehicle. I was amazed to find the car no longer smelled (I thought the smell would never 100% come out). He even helped me change my air filter so the smell didn't come back into the car once the heat was on. Dropped off at 9 and was ready to pick up at 1. He quoted me the best price and stuck to it.
