By poster, I should clarify that it was a 13"x19", easy enough to do on a colour printer without getting too specialized about the paper. It can be touch and go at some of the big box stores with quality and service from time to time, I get the feeling that isn't the case here. As a franchise, it's got a name and processes behind it, but it's a local owner. And it seems, it's a local owner with a staff that's invested in customer care. Great work Minute Man! Well, that was enough for me, I knew it would be a great business. Very professional, I felt safe leaving it to them last minute. The cost for this rush job was more than my usual place, but they wouldn't have been able to do it in that short of a time. Plus, a few other places I checked out was a tad cheaper, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing and couldn't promise to do it within a day's time. Posters look great - if you have a urgent job and need it done fast and right, I would recommend this place.

Had a UPS parcel pick up here and the service was fast and friendly and had no issues picking up my item 2. I had a fedex parcel that needed to be shipped and FedEx's site location tool online pointed me here. When I got there I noticed the sign on the door saying they were an authorized fedex dealer. Great. Well not so great, they informed that if I wanted to drop the parcel their for pick up that they would charge me $5 for this service. Grumble! Although the girl at the counter was friendly, I find this fee really silly and ended up driving to nearby staples in west hills to use their fedex drop off box for free. Oh well, know better for next time.
