After talking to the VP Javid Hashimi, the refused to take accountability of the situation. They wont cover any of the cost to repair my truck that is now undrivable. When we contacted the business, they advised us they 'got rid' of two of the tires and would try to locate the other two. We recovered one tire of use. I was mostly upset they did not call to consult before making the decision to get rid of the other tires, our property. I was told that I absolutely needed new tires and that there appeared to be uneven wear on tires. I requested a 4 wheel alignment in case that was the issue. When I went back to pick up my vehicle I was told that the only way to correct the vibration was to buy new tires. When I got home, we took the tires off and rotated. One of the tires had a big chunk of tar stuck to the inside of the rim. We removed the chunk of tar and no more vibration. Consumer beware - service agent was extremely pushy and mechanic did not do his job - if you can avoid this place I would highly recommend that you do so.
