They said it was the fault of the OEM nuts (which I know is a problem), but yesterday I had them replace all the nuts (which I paid for), today I was going to which to my summer tires, again some of the nuts are over torqued and others are under torqued. I broke the tools I have used for years to change tires trying to loosen the nuts. NOT GOOD!!

I paid about $800 for the repair. After just under 2 months, the coolant was leaking again so I took the car back thinking that they'll fix it with minimal charge under warranty. NOT!! They wanted more money and said that the damage this time was unrelated and it will cost me another $300+ to fix it. I declined because I lost my trust to these guys. They still charged me almost $60 for just that. Good luck in your decision if you want to use this shop. They want repeat customers...in a negative way for me at least. Upon inspection, they noticed a slide pin had not been properly lubricated and the brake pads got stuck in one position damaging several parts including the alloy wheel. Here is where it gets good. The mechanic said they refused to warranty it because and I quote "There is no way my service tech forgot to lubricate this" they charged me for the inspection But wait it gets better. I asked them to price out the parts to fix it, an hour later I hear back and they want 850 dollars using aftermarket parts. I priced the parts on the NAPA website and they came to 325 dollars. Will never use this garage again, after spending thousands of dollars on several cars they have the audacity to treat a good customer like this. Never again

My vehicle was returned running worse than before, and shortly afterward the shop contacted me saying they still had parts from my car. When I went back, they handed me a four‑foot box filled with bolts and engine‑bay components they removed but never reinstalled. No apology, no explanation, and no offer to complete the work I had already paid for. They removed the valve cover to "check the timing," but on BMW engines the valve cover must be replaced once removed. They didn't replace it, and I now suspect they cracked it during their work. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed someone else -- even though they were the only ones who removed it. After returning my car in a damaged and incomplete condition, they told me it would cost thousands more to diagnose the problem -- the same problem I already paid them to diagnose. This was unprofessional, negligent, and unacceptable. I am filing formal complaints with the proper authorities.
