We had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment here. I now see why. What they do, they do better than anybody else. They were able to correct a problem that we had with rims and tires on my BMW that no one else was able to solve. Our vehicle runs smooth and true now. I also checked out some of their summer rims and tires and will be back in the spring. BTW they charged less than the 2 previous shops charged in attempting to fix the problem. read more

These guys used to be good. I recently stopped by to buy new tires and Rims for my G55. One of the sale persons took my information and said he would bet back to me. A week later and no call back. So I left a message Yesterday and still no call back. I guess this place does not need any new business. read more

I had a less then enthusiastic service from them in the past but thought I would try them again this year. This time around received poor service again. The guy on the phone said they were short staffed in the showroom and he would call me back before the end of the day. No call yet (three days later). I've been a huge tunerworks fan since 08. Mark and Bobby are great. They don't upsell anything, will turn you away from things you don't need, and put an incredible amount of care into their work. I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else. If you see a tuned porsche on the streets in Calgary odds are good that Tunerworks made it happen. read more

I've been going to Tunerworks for the past 3-4 years and each time I go, it's been a great experience. Prior to Tunerworks, I went to a small service shop that specialized on European cars. Needless to say, the small service shop didn't know all the tricks or have all the expertise unlike Tunerworks when it comes to fixing my BMW. Not only do they take their time to examine my car's issues but they also clearly explain the issue in a way I can understand, and they don't hesitate in giving you options when it comes to the high cost fixes. They are very reasonable and I plan on continuing to go to Tunerwork with any service my car may need. I've even recruited my own family into going to Tunerworks for their cars as well. read more
