They found a salvaged engine and had the work done at their shop of choice. There was not negotiated with them. I get my truck back 27 days later... and there has been nothing but problems. After talking to the VP Javid Hashimi, the refused to take accountability of the situation. They wont cover any of the cost to repair my truck that is now undrivable. This corporation is absolutely criminal!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Even though 4/5 bays were sitting empty he said I would have to make an appointment and come back another time. Drove over to OK Tire and they did it in 15 minutes. Last straw for Kal, will not try again.

I could not leave it as I have family members who rely on us daily to get to medical appointments. They suggested I burp it and top up the fluid myself. I just paid over 1000. for them to complete the task. Now it. sits for three weeks till my guy gets home. I'm old enough to remember when you could drop your car and get it back w the service done. Just a heads up Errol's, my guy says you can buy a funnel for 20 that will do this process for you! Also asked for synthetic oil and got regular oil. Miss the old days when bringing your car to the mechanic meant it ran better than when you dropped it off.

When we contacted the business, they advised us they 'got rid' of two of the tires and would try to locate the other two. We recovered one tire of use. I was mostly upset they did not call to consult before making the decision to get rid of the other tires, our property. We were not offered any incentive to purchase our now needed all season tires from them next time. Don't go here!

Bad service, poor diagnosis and pushy sales. I brought my car in for oil change and to check…read morevibration in tire. I asked to have tires balanced. I was told that I absolutely needed new tires and that there appeared to be uneven wear on tires. I requested a 4 wheel alignment in case that was the issue. When I went back to pick up my vehicle I was told that the only way to correct the vibration was to buy new tires. When I got home, we took the tires off and rotated. One of the tires had a big chunk of tar stuck to the inside of the rim. We removed the chunk of tar and no more vibration. Consumer beware - service agent was extremely pushy and mechanic did not do his job - if you can avoid this place I would highly recommend that you do so.
